I ve been many times for CBD massage with Emily and now Sheleah. I ve never been disappointed. I highly recommend.

Scrub & massage were great! Facial was... uncomfortable but my skin looked great. Felt pretty lush to shower off between treatments.

During the facial, the room was right next to break room so there was talking and doors closing every 2 min (literally, started counting). There's a very aggressive white noise machine in the room, but it was so loud it was difficult to relax...
They used a flat massage table vs the reclined chairs you find many other places, which made it difficult to breathe through the steam and heavy fragrances. I think it was an awkward angle for the technician as well, because I ended up with latex glove in my mouth several times, like I was at the dentist.
Not sure if there are other treatment rooms but this one is in the far left corner of the building.

I came here four months ago with excruciating, relentless shoulder pain. My trapezius muscles were locked up, knotted, and even felt hard to the touch. I tried everything beforehand, hot compresses, showers, tried sleeping in different positions on different surfaces, but nothing helped. I did a bunch of research online and eventually booked a 90 minute pain relief appointment.

I'm not a big spa person, so I had no idea what to expect coming in. The woman at the sales desk offered me complimentary hot ginger tea and water, and I waited less than 10 minutes before my appointment was ready. My therapist was very nice and listened carefully, and got to work. I had headphones in the whole time & didn't really feel the need to communicate throughout, she was really intuitive and used the right amount of pressure (I like medium-deep pressure). The atmosphere was extremely relaxing, clean, and inviting.

90 minutes later, my appointment was up. It really felt like I got a ton of value and time for what I paid for. I was a little groggy and out of it, so it really wasn't until I was sitting in my car until I realized how relieved I felt. My shoulder muscles felt loose and relaxed for the first time in a month. I had been living with the pain for *so long* I didn't realize how much of a burden it was until it was gone! I really wish I remembered my therapists name, the only thing I remember is that it had a unique spelling.

In post COVID-19 world I stilI post COVID-19 practices. They take temps at the door and have everyone that comes in wash their hands.mask are required. They ask you questions over the phone when you make an appt about an symptoms and a credit/debit card is required to hold your appt . If you cancel or reschedule do so within 24hrs or you could get charged for half the services. They often will work with you if something is uncontrollable but keep in mind the policy. I am a HUGE fan of Of the natural body spa brand! I have gotten treatments at 4 locations and their services and quality are consistent across locations! All of those who provide services are licensed. And I get tons of compliments on my cuticles ,toes and hands,even when I get polish changes at other salons. They take their time, provide knowledge about upkeep and recommend really good products and you can chose to purchase or not . They aren't pushy . And make sure to individualize your needs! They are higher than your corner nail salon but definitely worth the price for healthy nails!

One of the best massages I ve ever had. My masseuse was welcoming and gentle. Did not apply too much pressure as I asked. The environment was nice. Will be booking again soon.

First time and great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Being greeted is always a good first impression. Had an hour massage with Sheila and she was amazing. She maintained a great conversation as well as keeping her focus on her craft! Sheila had me very relaxed and loose after my service! Also had the opportunity to meet and converse with the Director Florence who was a pleasure to talk to. I will return!

Natural Body is awesome. My wife and I swing by this place frequently. She loves making her own fragrances of lotions at the mixing bar. I enjoy a great foot and hand massage. Right in the middle of downtown Atlanta this is the perfect place to get your lunch break relaxation going.
