We ve been taking our kids for 6 years here and we loved it since then.
Dr Biyo has always been very thorough and gentle wth my girls. She has 2 locations which is nice. I try to make early appointments so the wait time is less. If you have children with siblings its nice that she also answers questions about siblings care. Office staff has always been polite which is a big deal for me, and a big reason I switched from another pediatrician. I have had a good experience with dr. Biyo for the last 3 years.
LOVE!!!!! This doctor is a God send and as long as I live within a couple hours of her office I will always bring by children here. She is the best doctor I have ever met and works so hard and always there for her patients!
Do Not Go Here! Went last August with my first child after seeing Biyo at Mercy San Juan. She advised us that our daughter was tongue tied & needed a procedure so she could latch better. We were new parent's and worried since she was already losing more weight than recommend after birth so we agreed to the procedure. Afterwards she saw me attempt to breastfeed and said "Well your the problem, your nipples are introverted she won't latch either way." Are you kidding me?? We just let you cut our newborn on a procedure that turns out to be useless anyway. Horrible experience!! No bedside manner and no desire to educate parent's before doing procedures. I went to a lactation specialist afterwards and she was shocked at what happened and said Biyo was wrong about my nipples completely. Office staff wasn't much help either. Beware.
