If I could give them 10 stars I would. The photographs were great and customer service really went out of there way to help me and rushed the pictures for a family event. Can not say enough!!!!

They went out to my daughters school for Christmas...

They went out to my daughters school for Christmas pictures in mid Oct. I wasn't really impressed with the pictures but I purchased them any ways since it was my daughter first time in VPK. Today is Dec 07,2015 and still haven't gotten my pictures. I called Teddy Portraits and they informed me that the pictures are not available as of yet... Oh Really!? Tell me something I don't know. I then proceeded to tell this Unprofessional bastard that I wanted a FULL REFUND and he simple said ... WE DONT GIVE OUT REFUNDS. I called my bank and Got my refund back, for lack of Customer Service.

I would rate a 0 if I could. I will be making sure my son's school does not use again. Worst customer service ever. We were supposed to be able to pick up pictures same day and then they gave his a sheet with prices and said they were good for two weeks. Unable to order with those prices online so called support and sat on hold for 30mins! and then sent to a machine. Had to call again and was told I would have to pay $10 for shipping for 2 pictures! $40 for two pictures is an insane rip-off. TERRIBLE costumer service.

I have been a client for close to 10 years...This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. ..Today is the 4th business day of me calling and being left on hold 25 to 30 before I leave a message...I have to date left 5 messages and not ONE returned phone call..

Nationwide has moved and is also under new ownersh...

Nationwide has moved and is also under new ownership. Sadly it is no longer locally owned. I have heard this has effected customer fulfillment. The pictures are no longer printed in TN at the Belvedere site so this will also effect quality control. When the company sold the new owners cut employees by 1/3 thus removing much expertise by removing many of its veteran employees. Sadly these are the facts. You may use them any way you like to determine your choice for your daycares photos. There are much better locally owned companies in Gallatin out there. WONDER YEARS is my current pick for top photography in this category and area. They are locally owned and a small up and comer who strives for customer satisfaction.

I asked them to cancel my check before they even left the daycare but they cashed it anyway. Then they ignored phone calls & emails from me. After doing research online about them and seeing all the bad BBB reports on them from all over the USA which is quite disgusting & I can't believe they are still in business I decided to send them one more email. In the subject line of the email I stated how the news station might like to hear about how they do business. I decided I'd give them 24 hours to respond before I took matters to someone with the ability to take more serious actions but thankfully it didn't have to go that far since after my last email my money was put back in my account the very next day. My daycare still uses them disregarding the fact that they've screwed daycares from all over the world but I do not participate in picture day with them anymore. Not to mention how way overly priced they are. I'd rather the company my older kids school uses for pictures where I can get a picture package for $40 with the same quality work as this company that charges $199.99 a picture package and that was the cheapest package. The photographer we had also had no sense of happiness, she was just mean looking & not very out going the whole time. Worst picture experience ever.

I have tried to contact their office for 3 days no...

I have tried to contact their office for 3 days now. I have left 3 voicemails, waited 20+ minutes at a time on hold and even filled out the contact page online for them to return my call(within 24 hours). I STILL have not received a response. I just tried to leave another message and the box is FULL! My daughters pictures were done around the 1st of the month and I have heard nothing back about them. My card hasn't even been charged. Nothing! Initially I tried touching base with them to give them a mail to address, now I will be canceling my order.
I am disappointed with the customer service because I loved my daughters pictures. However, I will not be wasting my money on over priced pictures when they are not conducting business properly.

NEVER BUY PORTRAITS FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! THEY ARE UNORGANIZED AND PRINT LOW-QUALITY PICTURES! THEY HAVE THE MOST IMCOMPETENT STAFF RUNNING THIS BUSINESS!! TALKING TO THEM IS LIKE TALKING TO A WALL!!! USE ANY OTHER COMPANY BECAUSE THIS ONE ALSO RIPS YOU OFF!! BRANDY IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!! NEEDS TO BE FIRED !!!!

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am the director of a center and this company has been a complete disaster from the start.
