This was our first time buying a house. Rocco was the best we could have ever asked for. He made the process easy for us and lead us every step of the way. I do not recommend this company. They need to be more organized, multiple requests for same information, left multiple messages for owner to call me back what the delay was for a small mortgage, did not have the courtesy to call back. Did not want to loose my deal, and gave money for fees already, so i waited 5 months for closing.
Lauren is the most amazing human being! If her face represents NMB then she should get paid double. She goes above and beyond to meet client needs. She works hard at all hours any day of the week. She never dropped the ball. She kept me encouraged during a very challenging time to buy a home. I was well informed every step of the way. I was treated with respect and she was very professional. I could not have done it with out her. I highly recommend this company and of course if you can get Lauren on your side you ll have the best!
I had a great experience during the pre approval process and throughout the closing process on the purchase of my first home. Isaac and Luke were very helpful along the way! Communication was great and any questions I had were answered quickly!
BE CAREFUL!!! I tried using them and the process was horrendous. They kept changing the requirements and after 4 months I finally dropped them! Also be cautious about your personal information, on more than one occasion They sent me OTHER PEOPLE'S person information including names, socials, and address. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Me and my family just closed on our house thanks to Debbie Read, when I tell you I m grateful, I AM GRATEFUL! Debbie took what felt like a daunting and anxiety filled chapter of my life in home buying and turned it into one of the best experiences of my life - Helping me get everything prepared, walking and talking me through paperwork and the preparation of documents, I m self employed so it was tedious and very meticulous and Debbie was there every single step of the way. Me and my family wouldn t have our first home without her and I m forever grateful. Thank you so much Debbie!
Horrible communication. Can rarely get a hold of our loan officer so we got passed onto another loan officer who had the same communication problems. We never knew if they received any of the documents we sent. They took $500 from us for an appraiser that didn't even service our area! We found that out after we researched the appraisal company they use, because the appraiser never set up an appointment. They have no clue what they're doing. I do not recommend this company!
I was once told that buying a home was so stressful and frustrating. I am happy to report that my experience with Brian DID not fit that mold at all.
My experience with the transaction was fun, detailed, very educational and with successful closing. And I am happy to report there was also a bunch of laughs along the way!
If your reading these reviews wondering who should I choose, I wouldn t want to do this process with any other loan guy.
