Fantastic great theater, many good pieces going there.
Fantastic great theater, many good pieces going there.
The National Theater is the National Theater. Great performance. I have so far only attended one disappointing performance here.
Took advantage of the fall holiday offer (tickets for 50%) And watched Revolution of Christian Lollike. Very entertaining and creepy fun. Black humor at its best!
Nation-building. Historicism. Stately. It is beautiful but hard wearing. High time of renovation. You don't always look good ... But good actors lift the experience and I enjoy being there.
A beautiful yellow building in the middle of the center of Oslo and it really has its charm.
Good Norvegian food, but a little steep prices. Ok commendation.
City centre with loads of different types of shops.
Awesome theater with amazing productions. The building is historic and magnificent
The National Theater is a large and beautiful theater in the heart of Oslo, definitely worth a visit
Yet another one of those ticket-selling places that think they are the navel of the world, where you have to "create an account" for something as simple as getting a ticket. The Oslopera has a "Skip" button!
Peer Gynt in the modern taping of the Skavlan show was one of the most fun I've seen in my life - so twice.
Beautiful building, and easy accessible downtown. good shows!
Beautiful old but very old building in the city center
A beautiful, old (120 years) theatre, both outside and inside... a feast for the eyes.
Placed right in the heart of urban Oslo, and is a landmark that is hard to miss.
My only "gripe" would be the seats that are not very comfortable for tall people.
All in all, a visit to any performance here augurs for a very enjoyable and memorable experience.
No need to say anything more than: National Theater!
Beautiful building with interesting classic architecture and nice statues at the entrance.
Historical building and always high quality productions
Love this theater. Incredibly beautiful building. Join the tour. Can be recomended.
Very nice place to watch Indian movie and King's palace is awesome
Wonderful acts and plays, try to get a backstage showing if possible
Norway's best theater. As well as beautiful, historic building.
High under the ceiling (in the painting room). Good game!
Nice building in which there are representations. It is on a small square with greenery.
Charming and great, but at the same time expensive and worn. Love the place :)
Unfortunately only seen from the outside, but impressive
The National Theater always has good productions, but perhaps chooses a little safer and more classic / old-fashioned than some of the other stages in the city. It always feels a little extra special to be at the theater there because of the historic premises and I recommend pre-purchasing wine for the break, so you do not have to stand in line. But if you want an exciting theater experience, I would go somewhere else.
An impressive building by which Oslo is different from other ugly people
Solemn and enjoyable. Unique atmosphere. Good actors
English speaking plays and opportunities for free shows!!
Amazingly surprising interpretation of Romeo and Julie. Thanks for a great performance
I was really impressed with the National Theater and to see Henrik Ibsen's Villanden here, it was amazing! This is a very nice and venerable scene, the feeling I got when I came in was warm and a good warm atmosphere. Despite covid-19, it was a great show and experience!
I was really impressed with the National Theater and we went to see Henrik Ibsen's Villanden here, that was amazing! This is a great venerable scene, the feeling I got when I came in was warmth and atmosphere. Despite covid-19, it turned out to be a great show and experience!
A beautiful and peaceful place in the middle of Oslo city center. Many beautiful flowers are planted in the summer.
Great theater, end up finer when renovations are completed
Beautiful and classy theatre with good taste in plays - traditional, but not afraid to branch out into more experimental affairs.
The most central location in Oslo, this place is often bustling and crowded throughout the day.
There are few reasons why I love this theatre and let me tell you its not just it looks. This national theatre gives a lot of opportunity for young artists and their works to be performed on their stage motivating the youth, more over since the theatre is not accessible to everyone, they have a moving stage which covers those further away/smaller places.
Grilled see how both because under repair, closed !!!
Exciting building with fine details. Some of the country's best actors hold houses inside.
Here's a place where you can see parties and arguments
Charming and great, but at the same time expensive and worn. Love the place :)
