Always fun, just not sure why they charge so much for admission. We usually go to the rodeo, so admission never bothered me. But 14 dollars to walk in to what is mostly an ag trade show? All the vendors are paying too.

Really fun for kids especially if they like animals. You can feel the connection with farm to table and see how hard farmers work. Food, treats, and drinks can add up quick. Bring a water bottle and snacks for little ones.

Parking has gotten worse, only lot open for visitors was F lot. Others previously available aren't anymore. Rodeo was good but not much has changed. Vendors in the Coliseum were cash only. $25 for 3 tough/dried out pretzels with cheese and one pop.
A great annual tradition here in Colorado that is well worth the minimal amount of money it costs to go. Buying just grounds tickets can be cheap and a great way to spend a day or buy rodeo tickets that include the grounds and have a blast with the whole family. Absolutely worth every penny. Park at the Pepsi plant lot and take the free shuttle in. The lot is also free.

The only thing I didn't like was how expensive everything is there. I got two nachos and a hot dog and paid like 23 dollars!!
Rocky Mountain Horse Expo was great! Everyone who worked there did a great job making sure everyone knew where to go. They were also friendly and approachable.
Good venue for a variety of sporting and public events. Parking is close and convenient, but costs money and independent of the event from what I understand

I went here for a concert and it was a great venue for multiple stages. It also seemed to be organized and well run.
Expensive.... It would be hard to take a family for the day between grounds fee,food,drinks and events

Price keeps going up for general admission when they have nothing new. Only worth going to the rodeo and seeing the grounds along with the rodeo.

Went for DreamHack 2017. Huge complex. Neat just to go and see the complex.

I have been here for a number of concerts and a few horse shows, and though the promoters try to make this place fun, its really not a great place to see anything. Their main area is a wet hole, and at a big concert the concessions and security personnel are surly and defimitely not wanting to be there. Unfortumately, if you are looking for an event that can give 10,000 people room and need to sprawl out, theres not many other place you can go.
Great rodeo and vendors had a nice variety of items.
Not much going on the day we were there. Not worth cost of admission or the hassle of parking and walking from what seemed like Boulder.
It's always a great time and big fun, right up till the time somebody gets hurt. Somebody always gets hurt. I go every year and have since I was a rugrat.
This event is one of my favorites in our Colorado winter. The livestock and horse shows are amazing. Then add in dog shows, rodeos, and PBR is fun and exciting. This is a very family oriented event and lasts all day every day!!!!!!

I love going to the stock show but this year they had zero parking! You have to park at 58th & Washington and then take a bus. I did find parking a bit closer but it was $40 dollars!! I'm not paying $40 to park for any venue let alone that one.
Lot of people, good food and booths. Best of all except for going between buildings it's all indoors.

Went there for Velo swap. This year they had a new person who was head of the event. It seemed a bit disorganized.
We'r always have a great time, two year old included!
Do not come hungry the food is garbage at this venue.

This is such a fun time but you need to go and watch actual Rodeo. The Mexican Rodeo is the most Visual and fun and you need to make sure you walk through the whole Stock Yards super fun.
Worked there last year great money for 2 weeks easy work.

Came here for Life in Color. The venue was ok, there was a weird smell, at least they had decent restrooms.
The National Western Stock Show was awesome!! We got there right at 8am for the best parking... many of the exhibits don t open until 9 bit there was SO MUCH TO SEE that really didn t matter!! From the Children s area that has the petting zoo (which we also got in line early for:)) to walking around and seeing SO MANY different animals...and BABY animals :)-it was PERFECT! There are shops galore and we went on the second to last day so were able to get some good deals on different items! If you haven t gone, I would highly recommend it! Wear comfortable shoes for lots of walking and a bag to carry all your stuff in ... have a great time with your kids or on a date! Worth the time and money!!
I really appreciate and respect the National Western facility they've helped so many homeless it's a good thing that the city of Denver officials orchestrated a place such as this 4 people less fortunate God bless and much love
Went for a school field trip. We had general admission tickets and there was plenty to do! Saw so many cute animals. Some of the staff weren't that nice but I understand with so many people you might get a bit frustrated. This was only the ticket people. The rest were amazing like the girl who works in the restaurant where the petting zoo is. She was super sweet and nice. I definitely recommend bringing the kiddos, I thoroughly enjoyed it and I'm a grown woman
We had an awesome time. Always entertaining. If you have any allergies to horses beware there is not a lot of circulation in the Coliseum and it will affect you.
Get ready for some quality entertainment but also don't expect much personal space while walking around afterwards.

poor venue imo... parking is a hassle, just not a user friendly location.
