Cool atmosphere. Went on the free day, Jan 15th. It wasn't as packed as we assumed it was going to be which was kinda nice. Everything there is just so expensive. Went with a group of 4. Spent over 150$ on 4 cocktails and pizza for lunch.

Look people plan ahead & there shall be no problems. Take the shuttle, the parking lots are well lit. Tip your driver, he ain't doing charity work. Lastly go have some fun in the mud. This is America for God's sakes.

If there's an event going on here go. I usually go to the Jiu Jitsu matches and work the tables. But this place is huge and it's pretty cool for events. So whether you're planning a concert or planning a big event maybe you should look into renting this place. Can definitely pack in a ton of people

Today was an expo of gluten free foods at the Hall of Education at the NWS. I like the Hall because it is easy access and usually well organized during different events. Parking is usually simple and pretty close in. Easy access to 1-70.

This is not to be missed by locals or visitors! This is the premier event for Western cowboy/cowgirl culture in the world and the crowds show it. Arrive early and suffer through the masses later in the day. The professional rodeo fields world class competitors, both human and animal, with real prize money for the winners. Other performances provide a wide range of spectacular entertainment and education. Many vendors ply their wares from fashion to food to farm equipment. Visitors make this is an international destination.

All is good on the good if you know what I mean . The problem is if you didn't bring your own soda, 2ater, coffee ect expect to pay out the wazoo for it coffee$4.00 per cup, soda, $5.00 per bottle this is almost as bad as the us government paying $12,000.00 per toilet seat what a joke .

It's the Big One. The best show, the best rodeos, a uniquely Denver experience. There's an incredible variety of foods, there's beer, wine and liquor, don't plan on sticking to a diet. You can walk through the stock pens, attend the auctions, walk about a state fair sized merchant fair with a western twist. It's an experience, not just a display.

The National Western Stock Show is always a good time. As someone who did not grow up near the commercial ranching lifestyle I find it amazing to see everything from the auctions to walking through the stables and watching the grooming. Loads of colorful characters, a great trade show, food, and fun for all ages. The concessions are pretty expensive so make sure you bring a lot of cash or be prepared to shell out some dough. The best deal for food is the BBQ joint inside the complex on the top floor near the trade show. Parking is free all over if you don't mind a little walking. Save the $30, those people are crooks.

The National Western Stock show is always a great place to visit. We go every year and enjoy it every time. The Hall of Education is awesome for the kids. The lines for the petting zoo. And the pony rides cane be insane so come early if those are important. The ticketed events are great as well but there are a large number of events that yoy can watch with a grounds admission ticket.

Worked here for the self-reliance expo.
Great parking, good communication, but difficult to get to if you don't know where you're going or which building you're in. Overall, this place is huge and was perfect for event space

we like the stock show whenever we can get there, it's first rate people watching, the vendors are pretty fun, the rodeos are a blast. we also like going through the animals, the llamas & alpacas were fun, the cows and fantastic, (if you ever want to see someone wash and blow dry a cow the stock show is the place) only downside is that the chickens weren't there yet, but I guess you get what you get
