Nothing wrong ..everything was just fine .just not so much room to maneuver.

Overnight parking was in and out in an hr I also help hook to make process faster

Man it s so slow as hell not recommend to no one the just love to smoke cigarettes and that s it I got appointments 10 am so I got 9:30 and it s 3:20 and still waiting for unload don t come here you we ll lose your whole day ridiculous

You should never accept the load going to this place. Appointment times mean nothing to them you will set all day waiting. Of course every time you come here they will have an excuse why they cant unload you in a timely manner.

I have always had issues when ordering here but it s usually just that they change my delivery address to my billing address (which is my house). This time around they have completely lost my order. It is usually 2 days from order to delivery as my business is about 200 miles from this location and now we re a week after order and they seem to have totally lost my order (but had no issue billing my card to get their money). Freight line has a tracing number but says they re waiting for pick up order, shipping planner says it was loaded to be delivered Monday evening and to trace order through freight line, sales rep says order has been turned over to IT to figure out where it actually is. And this was after I found that they had changed delivery address to my billing address again, corrected it with sales rep and manager, then when I contacted shipping they said it was still going to my house and supposedly corrected it with freight line that doesn t even have my order. Unfortunately there are no other companies in my area with comparable product prices so it seems I m stuck wading through an every order shipping disaster.

530am unload appointment. Currently 10:11am. Still waiting to unload and im the only one here.

Crane operator Mike was awesome! He loaded me as I wanted, professional, told me what needed to be done, and was timely!

Worst place ive ever unloaded. Once again why set appt if u dont go by it? Last week 7 hrs waiting here to unload and sofar today appt 1 pm i checked in at noon its 635 pm im still not unloaded. Nice people but very very slow. I think im going to start turning down these loads ,3 days to do 1300 mile trip because this place is so very slow . After ofice people leave it gets even slower.
