I was told they don't have time for me because they have enough business. I really didn't even get to explain what I had called for! This has convinced me to NEVER try a travel agancy. Thanks for helping me understand that its worth my time to avoid these companies and do my own research.

I made a couple of attempts to contact an agent I used in the past for my up in coming vacation. This particular agent has not returned my calls. The operator gave me a hard time when I asked for a different agent. The operator said I had to use my previous agent.. I feel as if I'm begging for National to take my money. No Thanks!!
In 2005, Sherry, I don't know if she's still there, booked my husband and I a trip to Honolulu, Hawaii. She did an awesome job. The flight and hotel she booked for us were outstanding. Everything we asked of her, she delivered. Our experience with National Travel was great. We will be using them again.

The agent who returned my phone call told me that she charged a fee for new clients. She explained that "from her side of things," someone could take her research and book themselves online. This is an unfortunate way to lose customers fast , but she did not seem very interested in taking us on as clients. I will be using another agency to book our New York and Disney trips.
