Had a issue with there loose tobacco called there 800 number talked to Myna about the issue and there customer service was like no other and because of the great service I will be a customer for life or until I quit smoking. Very disappointed in National's decision to discontinue RedCap Pipe Tobacco. A great tobacco blend of Virginia and Cavendish. I have been using this brand for over 15 years. It's kinda like tomorrow Phillip Morris decides to discontinue Marlboro........
Just ran into one of the sales reps at a gas station. She first cut off the fuel truck attempting to get in, once noticed it was a sales rep, and knowing their visits normally last longer than mine. I proceeded to set up for my delivery. She managed to get done in less than 5 minutes before the drop. So she attempted to run over the hoses and a driver, then yells. Been working in this industry long enough to be surprised at this. Next time, I will be calling the police and pressing charges. She will be arrested. Making a person in charge of a hazmat feel threatened is a felony.
I love red cap pipe tobacco its amazing! Ive tried tons of others and to me and my buddies nothing beats it period smells great, smokes great and has a great taste! Awesome job with this product
