Hired a Guard from the company. And after getting to know the guard, they told me how badly treated the employees are in this company. I no longer support this Security Firm for they take advantage of their workers.

I have been working with this company for the past 13 years. This is a family oriented business, very friendly environment in our office and we get along well with co-employees. The owner of this company and his family are very accommodating, helpful, kind and respects you, no matter who you are. This is an honest company and its been wonderful working with National.

I have work for this company for 5 years and it has been a wandererful experience. This company treat the guard fairly. Management always friendly. Your team is your family .Direct diposit available always paid on time on Thursday.

Fair deal for me. I mean, I'm making the choice to work for someone. Been offered extra hours, very accommodating for me.being on SSDI, and working within my Significant Gains Allowed.

Negative 10 stars. They play with ppl. And you will be on site and can t leave for lunch don t get paid lunch. A location they SWEAR they can t get anyone to stay at, You wunna know why?!? If everyone has to spend hours to and from at least pay them lunch......o yea it s not good if the client say things that make you suspect of the employer and when you called him that day..... his EXACT answer is WE WILL SEE. Is that how a Proper company treats an armed gaurd they CLAIMED they planned to keep. The Client said y all were gunna drop me.... they already had a gaurd and they equipped him with a car so we know they NOT keeping you. Plus he fits in better( color of skin). After you traveled two hours in traffics to have to play that comment off and dedicate yourself to this. If you have to pay more then the employer is even paying you then is the job really worth it? Especially if you have to drive really far to pick up checks. So if you live in Oakland -not the company for you.Driving to San Jose for a check EVERY TIME is not an option and they don t mail them till AFTER pay day. And was told that direct deposit wasn t an option until it was time to pick up last check what the HELL is that???!!! Probably the same reason the other gaurd was a better fit.

I ve worked for this company for the last few years, and it has been a wonderful and reliable source of income. They have high standards for their guards, ensuring that they are up to date on all the latest qualifications and training. The staff and management are personable, prefessional, and always available to answer employee questions. They have a range of satisfied clients, and several government contracts, one of which I have the pleasure of reporting to. I highly recommend National Security for both their professional services and as an employer.

National Security Officers are some of the highest paid in most areas. Automatic deposit, Lunch Breaks and normal breaks are mandatory, and in most cases are also paid for.
