Lately, and getting worse, every time I have to call to place a system in test it takes over 5 minutes to talk to an alarm agent. Then they pitch their website to put a system in test via that, but I'm in the field and can't pull up tiny-font-websites on my phone! My signal most of the times is barely enough to make a call. Take my calls, and properly staff your operation, so people can do their jobs!

Horrible customer service and refused to stop dispatching emergency personnel to my house even after the Fire Department and myself called them and asked them to stop. Why? Because the previous home owner was on some random account that I had no idea about, and they won't do anything about it. One year after we bought the house, they refused to do anything to help us, and endangered people lives by dispatching emergency personnel to nothing.

This a top level monitoring center that really cares about the customer and providing World Class service

They left me multiple calls, and most of them were of some middle eastern man who kept asking for my credit card number or my social. Highly unprofessional, but I cannot expect anything less coming from a tech business in California.
