Wayne I'd always the most helpful agent and gets what I need done quickly and if I ever have to leave a message, he returns my calls quickly. The other people in the office can often assist me with many of my questions or needs, which makes me feel super comfortable to continue to do business with such competent staff with affordable rates to boot!!
This place is a rip off don't use this company for insurance. The prices changed monthly up 300 percent in one months time, customer survive is a joke talked to two people who never drove a car before so had no idea how much insurance normally cost. No points, No DUI, No accidents first month was $129 next month was $249 and when I cancelled $453 a month for PLPD. Then they charged me 90 dollars to cancel. I don't normally leave comments but I feel if I can help anyone choose a different company.
Auto insurance buyers beware. I have no idea how here they have good reviews. Seems they have a trend of poor customer service and general dishonesty if you do a little research beyond google reviews. I would never recommend this company. Rates were OK and I luckily never had to file a claim because from what others have said it sounds shady as heck. For me the shady business came out when I sold my car and went to cancel, a pretty standard practice, right? Yeah, they told me they charge a $50 fee if I cancelled before my renewal period of 6 months is up. Because it's apparently a "contract" they've got you bound into, which seems sketchy already. I ve had insurance for years with Geico, Allstate, and Nationwide and never had this issue and always had decent customer service (for an insurance company). I've ALWAYS been refunded the remaining period dues. For this one I'm paying for 2 or 3 weeks of insurance on a car I don't even own or I d owe $50 more dollars and still be out the 2 or 3 weeks?! Makes no sense at all, just another way for them to pad their pockets. ZERO customer service was provided. I will never recommend this to anyone or go with this company again. In fact I ll be making sure to warn people I know to stay away. Read the reviews outside of their google page and you'll see how far you can trust this company.

I had bought a car and was super excited but then I got pulled over and told my car had no insurance. Of course I thought how did it not because I thought I had bought a policy when purchasing my car. Sadly I hadn't but thankfully the officer gave me a warning and told me to get insurance asap! Well that lead me on my search and after so many false leads NGI fell in my lap. Honestly the concern of my agent eased my anxiety and after he explained each policy and its benefits he answered all of my questions in detail. I was sold! To have an affordable company who really cared about me and my needs even helped me save, I l knew it was the company for me.

Really nice cart guy and course was not in great shape but very long and difficult course! Greens were a little damaged on ends away from holes! Would love to play again in the future!
Have filed a claim but no response on the next steps to getting my car repaired. Have been calling and emailing (even using the useless chat bot) and it s been radio silence for almost two weeks. Not sure what is going on there but will be using a different, more professional insurance company that actually cares about their policy holders going forward.

Amazing! I am very new at insurance and anything like this and my agent was so nice and understanding. Such a great guy and seems to really love his job! Super helpful and explained everything twice so I could make sure I understand it. So it was definitely a 10/10!
