I thought that I was enrolling into a wonderful program, and it felt like a breath of fresh air, or at least that's what it felt like in the beginning. Now I'm at the end of my agreement I have paid every tiny cent, as agreed upon, and each creditor has been paid off. My agreement and last payment was supposed to be complete on 7/15, and what do you know, they are withdrawing over $300 from my account on 7/28 and stating that they will refund my money once they are done auditing my account, which won't be until September (what?). There is absolutely no reason why this money should be coming out of my account as I have met every single financial obligation, on time, throughout this whole process. There is no understanding or explanation from customer service other than "once they finish the audit and all fees are covered" I will get my money back. This deposit was not even in the initial agreement, it was somehow added on later, and there are even deposits/drafts scheduled out to NEXT YEAR! Why? If all of my financial obligations have been satisfied there should not be any more scheduled deposits/drafts. I just keep getting the same answer for every question I ask. Once the audit is complete blah, blah, blah! Absolutely no help at all! They have already charged me astronomical fees for this service, why should I be charged any more money? Especially, fees that are outside the initial agreement! Unless you enjoy being milked for additional money throughout your agreement or even after your financial obligation is met, I do not recommend utilizing this avenue for debt relief.
