All I saw was terrible.
I'll start with the main thing.
The doctor delayed the appointment for 30 minutes, before that I waited another 20 minutes. since when recording, I was warned to come early.
When asked whether it is possible to enter the office, the doctor with a disgruntled face and a clear reluctance to work answered - come in.
After I described my problem to the doctor, she replied that this was nonsense, treatment was not required and asked why I came to talk ?! - if my complaints seemed insignificant to the doctor, then it was possible to present this information in a more correct form, given the fact that I also paid for the appointment.
During the reception, a man entered the office.
The doctor I visited was a gynecologist.
The man did not knock, nor apologized, but simply entered as if I was not there and began to explain to the doctor that there was a patient in the corridor who needed to be admitted without a queue and, if necessary, provide her with all the services required. The patient came for a free consultation and examination, but if there was a need for paid services, the issue was resolved - the man reported, to provide everything.
I will not describe the recommendations and assessment of my health by a doctor, but believe me, their "professionalism is off the charts."

In addition, I would like to note the decoration of this "institution" - poor-quality repairs made, obviously, with the introduction of great gratitude in an envelope to the management.
