Purchased policy for my daughter when she was a student. Always received two bills, and the second one was always received right after the check cleared for the first one. HORRIBLE customer service; better yet, no customer service. Read reviews and it seems that this must be their usual "creative" billing practices. Careful with your bills received. Check everything over thoroughly. Forget trying to speak with a representative, no one picks up the phone. Constant hold.

I have tried to contact them several times over the past 4 years with questions. Nothing. Even wrote letters, nothing. I am glad it wasn't about a claim! They don't answer their phones, ever. Can't contact them online (this is an internet customer service world) and no response by snail mail. Contacting Better business bureau. Pretty sure this company is not legit.

Save your time and money, and get a life insurance policy that isn t a scam. My mother had been paying for my insurance for years, after she passed I simply wanted to change ownership. They sent me an ownership change form with the incorrect address on it, and almost a month later when I called there was literally nothing they could do. I ve called multiple times and always get the same extremely rude associate. This company is nothing but haste, don t ignore all of the terrible reviews in front of you.

They claim that they have to "send away" for the policy and will forward to me. I'm still waiting. Hopefully my son will survive the wait!!! I have an understanding on how franchised companies work every representative represents themselves as independent contractors so if you have had a bad experience it s the REP that serviced you not the company as a whole . Primerica has change myself and my families lives and I m thankful for them.

Minus 5 stars. I've dealt with them for years and for years they have had terrible customer service. I've been married 33 years and have sent them numerous name change forms along with my marriage certificate in order to get my name changed and they still have not done it. Recently, I had one of their reps email me to say "the company never received anything from you." The customer "service" reps can barely speak and agree to send forms that never get sent. Terrible company.

I had my daughter's life insurance with this Company for forty years. I'm older and starting to forget things, so I forgot one (1) payment. I immediately tried to set up auto pay, but they were non-responsive. I have been struggling since December 2020 to get my daughter's insurance reinstated; without a response.I started recording my phone calls to them, and continued to get the same answer; "the form is in the mail." For 40 years I paid on time;now they won't even allow me a reinstatement. This was outright theft on their part. This is the most unprofessional, insurance company I've ever encountered.

I am currently going through a dispute with Primerica/NBL and my bank because National Benefit Life Insurance renewed my policy after end of term without my knowledge or authorization and continued to debit my account. They incrediblly sent an old signature of mine from the orig policy beck in 2002 to my bank last month when I disputed them debiting my bank acct after my policy lapsed in February 2017. When I first signed up for this policy back in 2002 with Primerica, I was guaranteed the same rate for 20yrs.............
After writing this review with one star. I have since added 3 more as Primerica has stepped up and done the right thing by saying they will reimburse me the entire overpayment amount, back to my end of term as a goodwill gesture. As I await my check in the mail I say Thank you Primerica!

I have held two policies with them for several years now, and so far I haven't had any issues. Whenever I've called with a question, I have always gotten a human being on the phone. There may be a little hold time, but I've never had a problem speaking with a representative, and the representatives have always been polite and professional.

Every time I call the office is closed. I call at 3 in the afternoon and at 4pm. I try every option, even the "death" one, god forbid, and the office us still closed. So I am not sure they exist. How should this be handled?
