Cool theater, nice seats, not as good as in Foxboro, but very nice
Well staffed, good food in lux level. A night there is a dinner and movie in one, worth the price.
We love the VIP here and you can watch the movie, eat and drink. Three in one!
My experience was amazing, friendly staff, huge theaters and prime location
Cinemas small . The 1st 3 rows are too close to screen. Food, candy and popcorn readily available
It is a great place with heated seats in all the theater rooms.
Great food, drinks, and you dint have to travel into Boston, clean
Its not the theatre but the phone service... I needed a question answered... all of the choices didn't relate to my question. But the phone service never gave me the option to speak to a human being. I know its the age of technology, but sometimes having a human that can answer your questions is a necessity.
Expensive mall feel high tech small movie theaters. Many employees everywhere. Concession prices,$$$$ Regular seats. Very crowded. Wasn't impressed with the sound system either. perhaps it's just me being old. I don't think it was worth the money easy 100. Movie night for 2.
Read the other reviews. The staffing (in general) is bad. A couple employees make an effort. The rest mail it in. Management is possibly worse. So why does that matter? Because it leads to: being late for your movie (very slow service with the few lines for tickets and the few concessions lines that are open), your concession order being wrong (tough to do, but they do it), the film being out of focus (not responding to customers to fix it), the lights being left on during the movie (happens too often), 3D glasses running out (why see a 3D movie then? Like headaches?) and the bathrooms (and sometimes theaters) looking and smelling like war zones. Such as waste! The location is great at Legacy Place. Parking is okay (sometimes tight) but there is a walkway over to the parking structure. The facility is fairly new and nicely designed. Apparently they made a real effort for the cinema's opening and then gave up entirely. Try calling sometime...that will be a waste of 40 minutes. Even the nice-looking restaurant on site screws up consistently. Don't waste your time with it. Fewer and fewer people go to the restaurant now. Even purchasing tickets and the seats are bad. Apart from the lux level, you can't even purchase reserved seats in advance or sit in the nice chairs like the new chairs in other cinemas in this chain. Any sort of competent management could make it 3 to 5 stars in a month. Again...what a waste!
Clean, organized and with comfortable seats. Even have ice cream inside next to the concession vendor!
The seats in the theater I was in seemed to angle forward which was not terribly comfortable. I saw X-men in 3D and the experience was as I expected. I was off work early and went to a 12:35 show, but the ticket was still $15. There was not an attendant posted on the side of the movie theater my auditorium was on so I had to walk to the other side to obtain the 3d glasses. This also meant there was nobody there to tear tickets. The staff were mostly younger kids, typical, but they were pretty slow.
Not going to that theater again, the screen and the seating SUCKS, sticking to Braintree AMC
I love Showcase Cinema theatres! I just wished this location would offer select seating The atmosphere is great! The Deluxe Section is the better one out of Randolph deluxe. I love that there's other place to go to shop bowling restaurants etc.
I enjoy the atmosphere of Legacy place theater but the volume of the movies are the worst. You can literally hear people chewing popcorn. They need to upgrade their sound system.
Management probably wants to be efficient because they have noticeably reduced staff over the past few years. Staff are mostly young but pretty nice if they aren't being overworked. Most rooms I've been in are pretty clean. Overall I enjoy my experience here but they could probably staff better (I know I probably sound like a former employee...)
I love this movie theater is top notch this is the best movie theater it's expensive to buy food. But movie seats are the best comfortable seats ever definitely worth it.
I love the upgrades they have done to this theater. They have installed the new soda machines on the left and right of the cashiers, they have better seats in almost (if not all by now) theaters, they have improved the start pass program and I'm benefiting a lot from the subscribe and save. The only problem is that they have slow service when ordering food. Only thing missing to make this a 5 star place.
I also love doing the New Years eve showing every year at Lux level. Cheap and luxurious way to spend the last day of the year. Watching a movie drop and then just before midnight, watching the ball drop on the big screen with champagne and a few desert bites. A Tradition for us.
Nice place to watch movie. Parking spot can be a challenge especially for first showing days.
Nothing you want is ever available. Icee's are always crappy and drinks are watered down. The 4D theater was the biggest waste ever. Seats were EXTREMELY uncomfortable and they made a ton of squeaky noises that completely took away from the movie. Also went two times for the LUX and the staff took forever to serve. One hour for them to bring stuff out and another time the food turned out burnt. Not to mention the quality of food in general is very poor overall and choices are very basic. This theater has severely gone downhill!
My favorite movie theatre but the counter help is so so need more training and supervision
I cant believe in 2019 this theater still has general seating and the seats do not recline.
Great parking. Movie prices are ridiculously priced.
Impossible to call the movie theater to inquire about 3-D put you on an 800 number or into space
The theater seats were the best but with all the construction going on terrible when I try asking for my popcorn half and half butter ahenlioked at me with the lazy face and told me thats to much work
Nice theater, can compete with the big AMC locations as far as AV quality.
Umm. No reclining seats but great place and scenery is nice
If your idea of watching a movie is to curl up in a seat with your knees up to your chin, staring at your phone and texting for an hour and a half while gabbing with the girls next to you who are meanwhile returning your hilarious text messages and responding to your amazing tweets, all in the glow of some completely irrelevant visuals and dialogue taking place inside a boring rectangle of light in front of you, then this theater is for you!
However, if you do not want to watch a movie surrounded by people engaged in the activity described above, then please keep watching Netflix on your couch.
Sat in theater for 20 minutes after movie was to start, with no news as to what was happening. Not even a free refill of popcorn.
Rocket man was very good. Very emotional movie! The gift, he's been sober for 28 years!
Stuffing is ok, but they have lack of customer service. Once the lady chase me to check tickets. Theaters are clean and seats are comfortable.
Nice & clean & bright movie theater. Modern feeling theater but their movie seats are still the older style, not the more comfortable 'recliner' style being adopted by most newer (or remodeled) movie complexes.
Very comfortable. Quiet. Relaxing. Great way to see a movie
This is a great movie theater. It's usually very clean, has nice theaters, and comfy seats. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program because it's pretty easy to get free stuff. Tuesday has $7 tickets, other than that though, you'll be paying standard Boston rates.
A great movie theater, possibly my favorite. I have been going here for a few years now. Clean, nice looking and very pleasant to be. It can be a bit pricey but I do believe it is worth it. There is also the lix level which is more expensive but I do believe it is worth it for a better movie experience.
I had a great experience i saw Incredibles 2 very good screen quality my only complaints are the prices of food but what movie theater isn't expensive 2 of the butter machines were not working and the chairs are not electric but those are all small things overall great experience i would go back
Nice theater although they seem to have issues with presentation when the movies start. Have had several instances where either the house lights don't go down after the movie starts, the movie completely stops playing in the middle or other various issues. That said, they have always comped us tickets for a future showing.
Concessions are good, seats are good. Just sit where you're suppose to
I like the fact that they assign seats and they all recline
Service was friendly and they had comfy seats and had the movies I wanted to watch.
Service can be horrible but it's a nice group of theaters.
An awesome venue for watching movies. Very friendly staff, comfortable seats, and an overall enjoyable movie watching experience. If there's a line there's always space for the line; you never have to go wait outside. Easy to access from the parking garage right across the bridge. Lots of different options in terms of eating in the interior; both sit down stuff and regular snack foot. Very fun, my favorite place to watch a movie
Theaters are nice and clean. Parking is convenient for busy mall. Food is overpriced but typical for theaters. The management of the lines at vending during busy times is abysmal. You can wait 30 minutes for popcorn, and half the time it looks like they are half staffed. This is on a Saturday night when you'd think the theater would be busy. Also, not much supervision of large groups of kids which can lead to some rowdy theaters.
No recliners seats where not comfortable in theater 12.
First time in Delux! Wonderful time! Food was very Good!
They treat their employees with no respect whats so ever. The managers stand around when lines are longer than ever! I would request another theater.
Go here way too much. Love everything about going to the movies and the experience here has always been spot on.
Went to see a new movie on the day of its release and we were put in a TINY theater. If there is so much demand, couldn't we have a bigger screen ?
