Nashville Airport Marriott Review

Super friendly staff, great breakfast buffet with omelette station. Clean rooms and convenient location. Sports bar is nice and serves a decent burger. Rooms are nice but dark. I would prefer an office chair and could probably have asked for one. All in all a nice place to stay.

Great service! Nice Staff! Clean Rooms! Beautiful Rooms! Only downside is my significant other and I went to the pool to relax in the hot tub and there were young children with floaties and goggles. Not a great experience there. Overall great experience!

I've stayed here hand full of times and I always leave satisfied. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is always pleasant, the restaurant has great food and service. The meeting rooms are nice and come with candies and water. The views are nice if you can get a high floor since the hotel is on top of a hill.

Favorite hotel to stay at for many years. Love that there s a Starbucks in there. Also there offer shuttle service (for a fee of course) to the airport even if you don t stay at the hotel as a guest.

It was a good hotel. nice sized room, friendly staff and a free shuttle to and from the airport.

We only made it for happy hour in the bar. Everything was clean and up to date.

We parked there while flying out of Nashville. There prises are great and the shuttle is also great. Beats parking at the airport.

We had a horrible experience at a previous hotel. At midnight we came over to the Marriott and Scott was a life saver. He treated us with kindness and professionalism. He assured us our experience would be a great one and we have not been let down. The Nashville Airport Marriott is clean, beautiful, accommodating, and has gorgeous views. We were very frustrated with the service we received at the previous hotel and began to hate our trip to Nashville as a result. However, thanks to Scott at the Marriott we have felt truly cared for and appreciated as customers. We are now signing up for their loyalty program and have decided to stay exclusively at Marriott hotels because of the amazing service we have received within minutes of walking into this establishment. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to Scott and the Marriott hotels. Truly a class act and far superior service.

Got dropped off there by accident and they went out of the way to get a shuttle to bring me to the correct hotel. Great customer service.

Best hotel I've stayed at in a while. Everything is newly renovated (2017), very friendly staff, great indoor/outdoor pool, and a really nice elevated restaurant with floor to ceiling windows with views of the surrounding area complete with plenty of televisions to watch your favorite sports team.

Decent airport. But for four stars I figured they would at least have slippers. The building is old, but Marriott did a wonderful job keeping it feeling new and renovated. The facilities are pretty and the conference halls seem good. The food was surprisingly delicious too and with a Starbucks right in the lot, it is a great airport hotel.

This is probably one of the nicest Marriott properties I ve ever stayed at. Beautiful, welcoming lobby inside, airy, fresh and updated rooms, and extremely comfortable beds. The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly, and just make you feel welcome. There is tons of seating both inside and out, casual and work areas, and awesome indoor/outdoor pool. They have fresh Starbucks in the lobby at 5:00 AM, and a regular onsite Starbucks. Full service restaurant, concierge lounge and much more. Awesome spot will certainly stay here again.

Wonderful hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable as well! Hervie at the front desk went above and beyond what was expected! He asked if we were here for something special and we actually were he upgraded our room and gave us a couple of drink tokens. He is a class act!

Did NOT stay in the hotel so can NOT review it but was an EXHIBITOR at a conference and the hall was a tent structure detached from the main building. The cold temps made it uncomfortable for the members to be encouraged to visit the exhibitor booths. The staff was friendly and the food was actually above par for a hotel. But for the physical accommodations I would rate the experience 4 stars.

Solid. The bed is not as great. The facility and restroom is nice quality.

Great hotel. I was upgraded to a junior suite. The entire hotel was very clean, modern and spacious. The staff was friendly and nice. I was only staying here 1 night because I had an early flight the next morning, so the location was convenient. You can see the airport from the hotel, and was about an 8 minute drive. Overall a great hotel and would stay here again.

Always like staying here. Only 15-20 minutes from down town.

I was here for a conference for two days. The food was excellent and the environment is neat and clean.

When traveling for business this might be my favorite hotel to sample food from Champions. The staff is always on point.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, beautiful decorations. The restaurant was delicious and quick.

The hotel is clean and we'll maintained, but customer service is in need of help. Called the front desk and asked for toothbrush and toothpaste and I was told to come down to front desk to pick it up. Not a big deal, but it is a luxury hotel and I would have topped the employee a few dollars.

Transportation to and from the airport nearby was only available until 11:45 PM, despite the website stating a 24 hour schedule.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, highly recommended.

Great service and the newly remodeled room was quiet and comfy.

Great place to spend time in Nashville to stay at but definitely not the most economical.

Really nice Marriot. I loved that I could see the pool through the lobby window. The hardwood floors of the room were a nice touch, although a little cold. I really liked the Piano keys that were also visible from the lobby on the wall, though I wasn't able to visit their in-hotel restaurant. The on-hand Starbucks was good, but not as good as the real thing.

This is an older hotel, but a Marriott none the less. All of the amenities you would expect are here. The staff is friendly, the rooms and facilities are clean and well-kept. And lastly, the location is perfect for commuting to and from the airport quickly.

Hotel was very nice, and updated. I thought the Champions Restaurant was very expensive, even for Marriott food. Small fruit cup was $7, and my business partner's bottled domestics were $6.75. Way too high. Go to Boradway, at least there is entertainment for the cost.

Free Wi-Fi in lobby, but not on conference rooms. Had to pay almost$20.00 for a day of internet. Also, restaurant is overpriced for quality of food.

In town for our daughter's graduation, the staff was always available when needed. We needed a feather free room and they adjusted in less than 10 minutes. We needed a shuttle to dinner, and they we're accommodating. I recommend eating at the hotel's restaurant, the service and food we're perfect and the Proudly Serves Starbucks were great too.

I try to swing by the hotel once a month to eat at Champions restaurant. They have a fantastic Buffet and I've never been disappointed with the food or the service.

This is already one of the best hotel experiences I have had. It started a check in where we meet a very friendly reception from Brittany, who was right and personable. We are here on a special occasion and she has gone out of her way to make it really feel special and make us feel valued.

The room is also nice and not sterile looking like most hotel rooms. It is well appointed with a good mix of color and texture and ample space for working and living.

I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area airport and needing a place to rest in between tourist attractions.

This is a great place to have meeting, Conferences, or a overnight stay.

They recently renovated the rooms, which is nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Shuttle to/from the airport starts running at 4:30am. I would stay here again.

I love this place! My most favorite local get away since I live in Nashville. I enjoy the jacuzzi & pool. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always pleasant. The restaurant & bar is amazing! Even when I'm not staying at the hotel I often dine in or take out. My most fav is the chicken quesadilla with broccoli!!

I attended a workshop in one of their meeting rooms. It was very easy to find the right room. Overall the service provided was great. I had a great experience there.

In the midst of a significant renovation, this well known and loved Marriott continues to provide good service. Am looking forward to the completion of the work and expect this hotel will remain a great option in Nashville airport area.

The best Marriott I've stayed at. Room was great. Bed was perfect. Pool was fun too. Sincerely, a good place to stay.

Spacious room, spacious bathroom. Only (minor) complaint is that the wifi isn't free.

Service desk was quick and friendly. Parking was crowded but hotel and lobby was nice. Staff was all friendly and quick. Had an issue that was quick accommodated. Overtake great hotel.

Was here for a conference and the ballroom was clean, well staffed, and lunches were great!!!

Champions restaurant is very poorly run. We were traveling through the state and wanted a decent marl. Came in to eat about 415 PM. Took 35 to 40 minutes to get our food. Only 3 people in restaurant eating . Ordered meatloaf dinner
The meatloaf must have been cooked yesterday it was served barely warm very dry poor flavor. We had to get up and find someone to complain that our food was taking so long to get service. The waiter sat us down took our orders and just dissapeared

I would not recommend this restaurant poor food and service. Ate there 9-5-2020

This is an extraordinarily posh hotel with a great layout, amenities and a particularly superb staff.

However there are some basic things missing:

No dresser. One eighteen inch drawer in the closet. We were staying for six days and still had to work out of our suitcases

No fan in the bathroom

Shower floor is slippery and no safety bar inside. Only one small towel bar for hand towels.

Do not provide breakfast. Restaurant in house, although lovely, is expensive.

And a personal preference, the pillows are way too hard

So, all in all, although this place has a luxurious feel, Hampton Inn edges out Marriott.
