The people in the store were pleasant and helpful, the price was reasonable, the carpet was ready on time, they went out of their way to deliver it in a way that was convenient for me, and the carpeting is wonderful! I had my vinyl tile flooring for kitchen and hallway done less than 2 years ago. Immediately after installation I had to call them back to finish the corner of the hallway which they forgot to calk.
About a year into it the vinyl tiles started to warp and I had to contact Chris (many times) back again to fix them. Now other 2 new areas show warping too and trying to get Chris Nash to communicate (answer emails) is one of the most difficult things I had to do since I decided to try this local business. Very frustrating experience of 2 years and I wanted so much to make this work just in support of the local business and in hopes of more flooring jobs throughout my house.

My special cut rug looks amazing. Chris was great in helping me pick out the perfect carpet. He came out and measured my room, sent me a drawing of it in my room, the cut and binding looks wonderful, and delivery was smooth and easy. It looks awesome in my great room! Very happy!
