It was the end of July when passing prestigious furniture factories I decided to go and invest months of work and savings at Nardini, which perhaps due to the size of the structure most inspired me in realizing the dream of my first new Kitchen and Bedroom. Soon, however, I realized that this structure did not sell dreams but (as in my case) solid INCULAT E. They contacted me to notify me of the delivery in full in early November then they denied saying that only the bedroom would arrive. WITH SIGNIFICANT DEFECTS and incomplete of several pieces and from 9 in the morning to 6 in the evening they were not even able to finish assembling saying that they would complete it with the delivery of the kitchen. I am therefore contacted for the delivery of the kitchen in early December (well beyond the 60 contract days) it arrived with a more accurate assembly team but that could not do much since the same was completely wrong in the measurements and was all sawed by healthy plant. Numerous my attempts to speak or make an appointment with the principal from which I would have expected an apology, but it was never granted to me (I have the telephone recordings) .The only contact with the switchboard operator who I don't know who he is but I know who is one who does not think. After blackmailing me to cancel my first review otherwise he would not have handed me the kitchen anymore (I have the telephone records) he accused me of being the fault of the mistakes, not knowing that there are at least 5 witnesses having seen taking the measurements of the kitchen at their employee M..tti and that I have dozens of emails and whatsApp messages that prove it. The only measures required of me were those of the sockets communicated by me exact (I know how to use a meter myself!) but then you arrived wrong cuts. Not to mention the kitchen topper I paid per square meter arrived as big as Piazza Navona and it too had to be cut by throwing away the extra part as well as my money. Despite all this, the switchboard operator took the luxury of accusing me of all the mistakes complaining that I had caused him additional expenses because I had to notice the measurement errors, but how could I have done if only drawings without measurements were sent to me . Then I say if I had known that by spending 13,000 for the room and kitchen I had to think about the measures, the cuts and to notice the errors then I went to IKEA and I certainly made money, trust in the quality of the goods, and in health! With 13.000 a minimum of service I expected it. Perhaps Mr. Nardini 13.000 finds them under the mattress in the morning when he wakes up but I don't. I cancel the review and I am contacted for the 3rd delivery for the 2nd of January. The sawn kitchen arrived but then I had to hire A carpenter at MY EXPENSES continuing to cut and modify the same avoiding having to bring a part (from me to Nardini paid) to the landfill. The height of the ridges that in three times in which I had to leave work and alter my private commitments I was unable to see the complete bedroom. The pieces to finish it arrived for the umpteenth wrong time. From July to late January I still cannot go to live in my home because of these very nice insects. 4 months of life Worn out. Because when you wake up in the middle of the night, I get nervous with my hands that itch you knowing that they have my money but I don't have the service in which I invested months of sweat and sacrifices you feel worn out inside. everyone to pay for the goods in full before delivery. Buy from nardini and you will have lost the joy of life.
RISP: Rest assured that you no longer exist for me! If for you 7 months (and still incomplete room) are the contract times ok ... I don't care what people think of my cultural level as much as I don't come to throw money you disgusting!
