Frankly, they make it too d**med easy. They know better than I do what I want and then deliver. They pull off the impossible, work long hours when necessary and anticipate what we want. Reliable without being predictable. And a genuine joy to work with - even on a Sunday night in the basement of a hotel setting up for a conference!!
