The driver of vehicle 401 cut me off this morning and almost cause an accident. Also, they don t use their blinker. I posted on your Facebook page and you edited it so people can t leave reviews. That s bad business! Don t be scared of negative reviews, fix the problem so you don t get them anymore.

Naples Transportation provided all the vehicles necessary to move my group of 16 around for 48 hours. The vehicles were clean and comfortable. Jenna Owen was absolutely terrific providing the flexible transportation that fit our needs. She did it with great charm and professionalism.

The office staff and driving staff are very professional and friendly, easy to work with. Pricing was very reasonable. The equipment was in excellent condition. Naples Transportation created a wonderful, festive evening for our Christmas Trolley Trek this December. The trolley was decked out with Christmas decorations and Christmas music filled the air. I have been using NT&T for several years for both personal transfers as well as for clients that need group transportation for the meetings we contract in the Naples and Marco Island area. The staff is wonderful, all vehicles are well maintained and clean. Dispatch is always ready and able to handle any changes one could throw at them with a smile. I normally don't just hand out 5 Stars to any company but NT&T has earned it with their professional approach to transportation and event design.

As an Activities Manager for a large community in Naples, we require transportation for many of our events large and small, both in town and out of town. Naples Trolley tour from the Naples Italian American Club to Naples Port of Call for a tour of Naples Bay onboard the Naples Princess was wonderful. I can't think of a better way to show our veterans our wonderful city.

I used NT&T for a charter trip to a Miami Marlins game. NT&T was extremely professional in booking, confirming and follow-through in preparing for the trip. The staff and driver were courteous and professional towards myself and the group. I am extremely happy with NT&T and would recommend them for any transportation needs.

Well before our family reunion event I began corresponding by phone with Naples Transportation. I had to call back frequently for clarifications and amplifications of previous conversations and the person with whom I spoke was always friendly and helpful. We established a schedule for multiple RSW airport meetings over a period of 3 days and then for returns to the airport from the reunion hotel. The flights were unerringly met on time and in first rate vehicles, same for returns to RSW. Before retirement I had to arrange transportation for many company functions and during those many years I never had the pleasure of working with a company like Naples Transportation whose correspondence and timely reconfirmations were was professional. If you need transportation anywhere in southwest Florida this is the company to contact.
