Naples Jet Center is a joke, the staff never have a clue as to what is going on, its like they hired people who fit the uniform. I fly in my car is not there, there was a mix up, no problem then their staff take me to the wrong place and drop me off telling me to just go inside and they will have my car at General Aviation. Next time i'll just got to General Aviation which i guess is now called Naples Aviation at least they know what they are doing. the Naples Aviation staff were great, they took me to the correct place i got my car & was on my way.

No matter how busy they are they alway get me what I need.

The Naples Jet Center is a smaller facility, but don't let that fool you. The quality of the service they provide is phenomenal. The line staff cater expertly to your needs, the front desk staff is always welcoming, and the beverages they serve are fantastic.

Extremely warm and welcoming staff, went out of their way to assist with all of my needs. Although busy, they made time for me and all those I was traveling with (including my puppy). It was a seamless experience.

Excellent FBO. Linesman are very busy as they prepare a load of jets to leave the ramp so I do feel for them but they are always patient and very helpful when coffee, ice and papers are required.

Go to Naples Jet center FBO if you would like to meet a horribly rude and unhelpful general manager who takes a personal photo shoot with your aircraft, And then posts it on social media. Very poor experience, for the extremely steep price. Go somewhere else.

They always treat me with great care, from the landing crew to all the help they provide all through our stay in Naples. The hangers are spotless!
