I recently purchased a motorcycle from Napalm Motorsports and could not be happier with the result. This was my 3rd motorcycle and while the first 2 were purchased privately, Ben Green (Sales Manager) stayed in touch and always made me feel welcome in the shop. He educated me on the Victory brand and quality and made it clear that a victory bike would be there for me when I was ready to buy. I was not an easy customer and I applaud Ben specifically for working the financials and helping me find the kind of bike I never dreamed I would own. His creativity with financing options and assisting with a trade-in was the only reason I'm riding a victory currently. I know I am not the only customer with this positive buying experience.

Napalm as a shop is a great place to visit, as they are generous with test rides for interested and able buyers and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There is no "brand-bashing" and riders of all types are welcome to stop by for a cheap soda and tour of the inventory.

Napalm Motorsports is the best choice in town. Just had my FJR1300 worked on there, and it's better than ever. Fair prices and good guys who let me know exactly what I needed; I'll definitely be back.

I ve owned a few bikes in the past and am currently looking to get something new. Customer Service is a big thing in my book. When I stopped by Napalm, I was immediately greeted by the staff. Not just the managers but the owner as well. They were very informative and friendly (not pushy). Great selection of bikes, I will definitely be buying from Napalm in the very near future.

These guys are so great! I have had such a great experience with Napalm. I bought my bike a year ago from Dan and he has gone above and beyond to help me in any way he can. He is a stellar salesman and friend. Spidey is the manager there and such a great and helpful guy. I would recommend Napalm to anyone thinking of buying a motorcycle.

I brought my TTR through the shop to get new plastics and a tuneup, and it feels like a completely new machine. The time in between was reasonable, and Chris with Parts & Service was friendly and of great help. I'm thoroughly satisfied with my experience and will be returning when I need further service.

I recently bought a Hyosung ST7 from these guys. I went there to look at a different bike, but my sales guy, Daniel pointed me to the ST7 and I am really glad he did. I got a great deal on a bike with lower miles and it is newer than what I was originally looking at. After riding over the weekend, I do not regret my purchase one bit. It's a blast to ride.

I also bought the preferred warranty and after speaking with another customer who had used it, I was really glad I did. That piece of mind goes a long way.

Everyone I dealt with at Napalm was a pleasure to work with, especially Daniel. I felt he sincerely had my best interests in mind and gave me the best deal that fit what I was looking for. In the future, I will definitely be returning here for my next purchase.

I had a scheduled visit to get a rear tire replaced. On my way to the shop I lost the foot off my kickstand (a modified stand due to lowering the bike) When I arrived they came out to greet me and were able to prop my bike. They went out of their way to find a solution to replace my kickstand, including calling a competitor to see if they could help. They not only changed my tires, but went over my bike thoroughly and advised me of some periodic maintenance that would need to be done soon. While I was waiting on my repairs and tire change I spoke to a couple of the other customers and they all mentioned how happy they were with the service they receive at this shop.Everyone was extremely helpful and I was thankful to see a company that still goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning.

Great group of guys here. Overall superb experiance from the shop down the street. They went above and beyond any sales or service has given me in the past. Definitely going to continue my business with Napalm!

It can be a little scary to walk into a serious biker's motorcycle store, but my experience with Napalm was terrific. Friendly sales and service people who really try to help and don't rip you off, honest advice freely given, and a nice warm atmosphere made it a pleasure getting my Kawasaki Vulcan 750 serviced by them. Their service guy, Johnny, is really good, and their sales guys are not pushy but rather helpful. Their showroom is friendly, too -- and their motorcycles make me wish I had bought a Victory. <LOL>

When I dumped my bike they took pains to check it out for me - for free! My knee should get as good a treatment as my bike got at Napalm. I'm not one to give a lot of fluffy praise, but these guys seriously deserve all the positive reviews they get as far as I am concerned.

If every car dealership operated like Napalm Motorsports operates, well, the world would be a happier motoring place.

$80 rear tire installation seems like too much. Guy at counter made it seem like I was getting a great deal with them because I was paying 20$ to just install it myself and paying wholesale or dealer's price for the tire at 160$. should of Googled it at the store instead of trusting him because I can get the same price online $160 from multiple stores in many cases being free shipping. I am not going return here as I my first experience ended in distrust.
