I do not recommend that you use her. She presents some ideas and does not follow through on them.

I have been working with Nancy for 8 years. When I had an issue recently arise, I went to her for help in the matter. She gave me advice that was incorrect. In fact I received the same advice from Cordell and Cordell. I am now convinced that the family court attorneys are only in business to fatten their own wallets. I will be doing everything in my power to oversee that these frivolous attorneys loose their license to practice. Quite shameful Nancy!!!

I scheduled a consult via phone with Nancy because I could not make it to the office during business hours. She was very rude and expressed she was annoyed that our consult was verbal instead of in person, although her receptionist scheduled this with me. She seemed to not want to help me at all or give me any type of consult for retaining her as my lawyer. She practically hung up on me with a quick "good luck." I wasn't expecting our conversation to be over because I was, in fact, hoping to learn how to retain a lawyer. Having separation/divorce being one of the most sensitive of life circumstances, and it being her specialty, she could/should at least show some couth.

In my opinion Nancy Bunting is the most unethical divorce attorney! She rides off of her clients emotional turmoil to make the most money. She will advise a frivolous custody suit even if she knows her client will lose - just to make the money.

At this time of being quarantined I have been going through many of stored boxes. I just came across my court papers from 1991! From reviews I see she is still an awful attorney and looking out for her own pocket. I wish you could talk to my now adult children about their father's parenting; you were wrong and i see you are still giving bad service.

I have worked with Nancy and highly recommend her office to anyone in need of family law services. Her associates are very friendly and really get to know you. They love animals too, that is a huge plus for me.
I asked them about the negative reviews on here and unfortunately they came from the other side of a custody case that Nancy was involved in. I have reported the reviews as a conflict of interest and hopefully they will be taken down, Nancy has a fantastic reputation in Saratoga and the fact that someone else would take a cheap shot like that is a shame.

Most unethical custody attorney spent 3,000 dollars and nothing had got accomplished. She does not care for her clients needs and her staff is rude an unprofessional specifically Art Haines. I would advise you to stay away from this office.
