I used to live in Vietnam, and while there, became a real fan of pho. Pho is a super popular rice noodle soup, usually served with beef strips, and spiced with hot sauce, mint leaves and lime. Bean sprouts are usually added also.
This was as authentic as any I've had in the USA. I really liked it. My only objection is that it was pricey. There's no good reason for a bowl of pho to cost ten dollars.
That said, I liked this restaurant, and would definitely return. I recommend it.

The service was nice and the space is cool (went to the Findlay Market location), but the food was disappointing. The first piece of beef that I bit into was completely just fat and gristle, and the accompanying noodle salad was bland and under-seasoned. Not terrible, but their quality definitely wasn't what I was hoping for.

Best Pho in town! Worth the drive to findlay market where you can quickly walk to the restaurant. Parking lot is super cheap. The menu is simple and straightforward. The food is just excellent. Go!

Both times I've been, the staff has always been very helpful and the food has been delicious. The only inconvenient part is it being in Findlay market which has gone a bit down hill. Other than this, I am very pleased!

We eat here and order carryout frequently. Generally the food is good. Last two times our food has been sub par. The ban mi beef is so dry and overcooked. Not fresh at all. It's hard to eat. The roll is dry and seems stale. Its disappointing.

I've been a couple of times now and while their food is just awesome there was something I really needed to mention.

Every time I go there are fruit flies that make my visit annoying. I'm trying to enjoy the amazing food but I have to constantly swing here and there to make sure the flies don't land on my food. I get that flies can get in your restaurant but the problem is that they are there every time I go.

Great place for a late dinner, even though the rest of the market was closed the restaurant was packed when we went in for good reason. Food was served hot and very good, good spice level as well.

Delicious!! This is one of our favorite stops at Findlay Market. Everything here is great, Pho, salad, cold noodle bowls, sandwiches, spring rolls, Vietnamese style drip coffee...Everything!

Fine spot for vietnamese food. Do yourself a favor and try this place. There was quick and friendly service. This place has a nice atmosphere. Food is like a restaurant in Louisville I liked.

Great pho. The bun is our favorite, chicken or beef with rice vermicelli, cilantro, lemon sauce, sprouts, and I am forgetting a few things. Great to eat there or as take out. Unlike most takeout I don't feel terrible after eating their food, it is filling but light.

Great food, great price, great experience! Try the pho, the spring rolls, the sandwiches, the Vietnamese coffee, or pretty much anything on the menu and you won't be disappointed. Now with convenient NoWait app so you can shop while waiting for your table. Eat mo' pho!

Ended up here by chance a couple years ago and glad I did! They have the best Pho in the area! Everything is fresh and to order. The owner is awesome and his staff is very friendly and helpful. Great coffee too!

Their sandwiches and noodle salads are the best. I'm a fan of the lemongrass marinated pork. Spring rolls also a big plus. Be prepared to wait if you go on the weekend, but they make it as convenient as possible with a text when your table is ready.

Wonderful Vietnamese favorites in Findlay Market.

Wonderful Vietnamese favorites in Findlay Market.

Traditional and modern Vietnamese dishes served in a small diner in the north end of the market. Because it has limited seating and it has such good food, the wait for seating does get long. Go early or expect a wait outside. Not much room inside.

Order the shredded pork Bahn Mi for a real treat.

In Cincinnati, for me this place is top-notch. Fresh, tender, juicy and flavorful... Summer rolls (Goi Cuon) w/ peanut sauce are delicioso. Pho is far superior to any other i have discovered in the tri-state. To top it all off Findley Market is a pleasure to visit. (fresh produce a-plenty).

Best pho in Cincinnati! They are in a new location in over-the-rhine and it is a wonderful space. They have much more room in their dining area than they did before and it is beautifully decorated. They have a great bar area and plenty of tables and the kitchen is completely separate. everything we got here was amazing, the pho is amazing and the mixed drinks were absolutely delicious. I couldn't recommend this place more!

Good service and friendly staff. The prices are affordable and the place is fairly busy. The dishes were absolutely delicious and great portion sizes as well.

Would highly reccomend this spot if you have a craving for Pho!

You know how you find yourself going to one restaurant and only one when you have a craving? The one you go to despite having other choices. Well Pho Lang Thang is for me, if I am craving Vietnamese, this is where I go and the Findlay Market Experience just makes it better. So it might not be as fancy as The Slanted Door in San Fran, but this is the one I love. I'd eat there several times a week if I could.

The food is fresh, hot and wonderful! If you have not been here do not hesitate. We live almost 2 hours away and stop in whenever we can. Great service too and the new location is lovely.

Same great food in a nicer atmosphere. I do miss the feel of the original location and the service seems to have fallen off a little. The Bahn Mi sandwich are awesome and would recommend trying a different one each visit.

I've wanted to visit Pho Lang Thang for a while, and I'm glad I finally made it here. I generally gravitate toward Fresh Table, and I was somewhat turned off by how busy they always were. But I was pleasantly surprised that even on a Saturday they were packed that I was quickly seated and was given prompt service. Nice.

I had the Dac Biet Pho. It was quite tasty. Not the best Pho I've ever had, but certainly not the worst. The 20 hour beef broth was the star of the dish; a little on the oily side but excellent. Bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, and jalopenos were served prior to the dish as a 'salad' - somewhat unusual since I wouldn't generally eat these ingredients separately, and threw them in the pho when it arrived. All ingredients in the pho were great. On the recommendation from my server I got a medium as opposed to a large - the medium was huge and definitely enough, I'm not sure how big the large is!

The person I was with ordered the Bun Ga Nuong (Grilled Chicken Noodle Salad). I tried some and to be honest it was better than the pho I ordered! Chicken was seasoned great, and everything blended together perfectly! It came with 4 spring rolls and sauce which tasted wonderful. If I come back here, I'm ordering this!

I was really close to giving Pho Lang Thang 5 stars, but I feel that the seating is somewhat cramped, it is always busy, and I've had better pho in other cities. But probably the best place to get pho in Cincinnati! I'll definitely be coming back again!

Pho Lang Thang moved into a hip new place and forgot to bring the quality with them. The waitress and host were both very hospitable and delivered excellent customer service. The new restaurant looks great but...the broth for the pho was so salty I returned it. The second bowl was less salty but still had less flavor than I am used to when eating pho. The broth was almost clear not the darker brown color that indicates a richer flavor. Perhaps they changed this? In addition, the noodles needed to be cooked a little but longer because they were too hard. Also, we couldn't hear ourselves. The acoustics are terrible, it was way too loud in there. We had to shout to hear each other! I will give it another try in a few weeks once they get their beer and wine license but for now I'm taking a break from Pho Lang Thang. Difficult but that's life!

Pho Lang Thang is my go-to Vietnamese restaurant in Cincinnati and my favorite restaurant at Findlay Market! There are plenty of vegetarian options, but their tofu bahn mi is particularly stellar. They also make one of the best iced coffees in the city. During the summer, it's great to be able to sit outside and people watch or enjoy the various musical performers at Findlay. They are typically extremely crowded, so head there as soon as you get to Findlay Market. You can put your name in and walk around the market while you wait.
