Customer service was the worst that I experienced ever. They never got anything done on a timely manner, and sold you things without a proper explanation. I would suggest avaiding them at all cost. If you do decide to use them read the fine print.
Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I just got off the phone with a billing rep and she was so RUDE. Very unprofessional and offensive. I was just going to let it go but, the experience is just resinating with me. If I had an employee treat a customer the way she treated me I would terminate his/her employment immediately! WOW!!!!!
As a developer, we use several different vendors to help with our needs. This company is slow to respond, inefficient, and their invoice needs to be checked closely. When confronted about discrepancies, they stop returning phone calls. We will not be using them at any of our properties.
In my time here I've worked a LOT with our dealers, hubs, and customers. One message that is consistent across the board is that NABCO doors are the Lexus of the automatic door community. The quality and reliability is unparalleled and service calls on them are almost non-existent. We get calls to repair our competitors all the time, but when it comes to NABCO doors we just get calls for new installs.

We had a commercial door that was broken during a storm. This group took longer to respond than the 2 other companies. I would suggest contacting someone else if timeliness is important.
