I am renovating and regularly go to the boys of sightburg. Very friendly staff there. Still one minus point. I was there and suddenly one boy with a cap was ranting at a lady and spoke very condescendingly about what I don't think is possible. You can do some work on communication because that's not how you deal with customers and that boy was still a manager. You saw that the lady had become quite frustrated. Could be better !
On 7/8/2020, the driver of car 9111 arrived at the Raaltestraat in The Hague. At that time it was about 32 C and I was working in front of the door. I decided to offer the driver a cold bottle of drink but to my utter surprise he thanked him very kindly but very firmly. He can see that it was very kind of me but he was not allowed to take it to avoid a conflict of interest! Perhaps logical, but in my opinion it is also a bit silly that as a citizen you cannot offer a bottle of drink in this warm weather.
But rules are rules, so I would like to thank in particular the driver of car 9111 but also all his colleagues who work on a car intended to empty the underground containers for his / their efforts to keep our city clean. You are HEROES!

Bringing garbage with car with trailer today at Depot Plutostraat showed that I had an outdated pass with me. The barrier was closed and there was not a single employee who saw anything or paid attention to it. After I went to the booth where 4 employees were unemployed, I was told that they could do nothing for me. They did not go over the barrier; that was the church. I solved myself by only borrowing from the person behind me. No proactive attitude on the part of employees when searching for the right bins. Bins are arranged awkwardly. I have to drive backwards with each trailer for each bucket. 4 employees are watching and will not even see if the road is free for the trailer. You can carry everything yourself inside. Also only lift the battery. Have someone else to help with lifting a refrigerator. Why are those employees there anyway if they do not do anything? Is the municipality not happy with people like me who neatly bring their waste and divorce? I believe that next time I will just put everything on the road. I do not want to experience this stuff again. For Binckhorst, the Ypenburg is so and too far away while we have a waste depot from Nootdorp around the corner. Why does the municipality of The Hague not cooperate with Nootdorp so that we can just bring our waste there?

We regularly bring discarded items to the landfill. Glad this is possible.
Corona must be taken seriously, but I think it is a bit too exaggerated with this organization. They let few people through, which makes the wait unnecessarily long. We are outdoors, so there is plenty of ventilation. And no one comes close to each other. May be a little faster ..
