Oh-no! I'm starting a new job in 3 days as a health care provider. I just realized that I lost my magnetic name tag which I've used for the past 10+ years. If I show up with no name tag, the company is likely to supply me with some cheesy looking corporate badge (probably the size of an index card). Ahh! I called Naag Tag and explained my dilemma. The guy on the phone was great. I literally had TWO perfect new name tags delivered to my hotel in New Mexico by the next day. The price was very reasonable especially considering the extra costs for expedited service and overnight shipping. Naag Tag provided a prompt tracking number via email and tracked delivery from their end to ensure that my order would be delivered on time. Customer service even emailed me when my local post office sent the order out for delivery. Wow! The engraved 1"x3" tags look great, and the magnets are exceptionally strong. I've done a lot of online shopping, but Naag Tag (and maybe Zappos) rule when it comes to product quality and exceptional customer service. Thanks guys!
I ve been working here for 7 years, and I keep doing it because of the way customers and employees are treated. If something is our fault, we own up to it and make it right and strive to do even better next time. And we work really hard to treat people like people. It makes a difference.
My hiking club has been using Naag Tag for 2 years now and we are very happy. The price is reasonable for the name badges that we need. Once there was an error on a badge and without hesitation they replaced it and shipped it immediately. Very good and responsive company to deal with.
