My experience with this company has been absolutely fantastic until recently. I did make a mistake in paying off one of my buildings as I should have called in instead of making an online payment. However, the company then took my pay off amount and put it in a deposit account without informing me or trying to reach out. Then they began sending me late past due e-mails and texts. Along with these messages the company added on a $20 late fee even though they were withholding my funds. The customer service sounds great, but is absolutely awful in the fact that they aren’t willing to work with their clients to solve issues. Faith has now spoken to me like I am incompetent twice on the phone and refuses a resolve.
If you choose these out buildings I would 100% suggest buying them out right so you don’t have to navigate their fraudulent systemic tactics.
