Absolutely horrible service, tried to explain that we didn t order or purchase anything but they said it didn t matter and I needed to contact UPS to figure it out... NEVER heard of this being okay or legal! And it was pens.... pens! Over $100 invoice??? I wouldn t even log onto the site, be careful!! Don t give them your info or you will have to deal with what we are right now.

I keep having Myron Corp. call my work office daily and when the person they're calling for is unavailable, they get a bad attitude as if I'm the one that's being difficult to deal with, when they're the ones that won't stop backing up my phone! I've never written a bad review about a company before, but this is ridiculous and I'm annoyed at a company whose products I haven't even tried yet and never plan to because of the annoying constant phone calls and also because of the rudeness of the employees when they call.
Absolutely inept! They constantly lose my cashed payments. I deal with Amsterdam and Natiinal Pen and never have any billing problems! If you want to spend coutless hours on the phone with their accounting department and your bank then this is the place for you.

The Worst Company I ever dealt with. They completely forgot to put my order on production.
Absolutely horrible service. I placed an order a month and half before my event. I was promised I would get it 2 weeks before the event, only to get a call less than 2 weeks from my event to say they didn't have the product in stock and they were sorry. They screwed me big time.

We have ordered pocket calendars, pocket tools, pens, flashlights etc. The lighted tip Bel Arte pens have been a huge hit with our customers. The products that we have purchased have always been high quality items that we have been proud to give to our customers. Myron's customer service is also excellent. Anytime I want to see a sample or have a question, they are quick to respond. The sales reps are knowledgeable and friendly. It is truly a pleasure working with our sales rep, Glen Cooper. I see many positive reviews, but I can't get beyond the sales people. I have been getting calls for a few weeks now. I asked to be removed from the list, but they keep calling my office. I hang up and they call back blocking caller ID. So I guess my only other option is to start posting reviews.
Very impressed! We at HotSpring Spas and Pool Tables 2 purchased a small order of regular pens with our logo on them. Ornel cared enough to call us to ask how the pens worked out. Simple pens. If that doesn't show tenacity and customer service, not sure what does.
Can you say we have problem Houston with our order I have a Open House in 2 weeks away and They actually placed my sister motels name and address on the side of the pens we ordered, and these folks after being on hold a couple of times offered to at least send me a partial order, and are replacing the pens. This company is THE WORST!!! I am not a fan of leaving bad reviews but my experience was horrible. I ordered 50 pens on May 27, 2020. They did the artwork incorrectly. The change was requested on June 8th, I just got the pens on September 15, 2020. I wouldn't take their products if they were free at this point. Totally disappointed. And Covid was never stated as a reason as to why the order took so long so yea, spend your money elsewhere. I only put one star because we have to choose an amount so we can write the review. And might I add, you need a magnifying glass to see the wording on the pens. I dont have the energy to reach out to them or send the pens back. I can't give these to my clients or potential clients. Waste of my money.

Extremely disappointed they would not honor the offer/ad they were running. First it was "that offer was an error and corrected immediately". Since I had screen shots (and know I first saw it like 2 wks ago), it then went to it was my fault as my "cache has not been cleared that's why I'm still seeing the mistaken offer" that was supposedly corrected immediately. When I went step by step through where the ad was CURRENTLY running, there wasn't the same argument/blame on me, but still no offer to honor what they were advertising. Not my idea of customer service. All you had to do was honor the ad you were currently running and you would have a new customer who places frequent orders on promo materials. Instead, you've proven you are not a company I want to work with.

Please stop calling me. Cold calling in general does not work and is the really tacky telemarketing that people try to block. None of my business owners in my consortium would ever answer these kind of calls, and in fact, in our marketing classes are told it looks bad. Obviously you would not do it if you did not receive results, but if this is indicative of your products and practices, no way would I want to be part of this.

Sales reps keep calling about our account with them, even though we've never ordered from this company. Have asked them to remove us from their database, but they keep calling. Today's sales rep actually hung up on me while I was asking to to confirm our removal. If you want to deal with pushy, belligerent sales people calling you a couple of times each week, I guess this is the company to go with.
