Very bad experience and delay in services providing

my return order id 's are 15156570 and 15151355 ,according to myntra service i should get refund on or before 18-07-2016 ,but i didn't get my refund back,i mailed many times to but no response ,frustrated with bad customer service .

I got wrong product..when i called customer support..didnt get proper response...

I don't know about the past orders.. But this time, it was too bad.. Myntra has launched end of season sale.. I have purchased some products.. They have delivered some and two were not delivered, even after 15 days.. Now they have cancelled the orders.. Seems they haven't got the profit as expected on those two products .. So I believe end of season sale is just to shoot up their sale by placing the double MRP and providing discount on the same.. I suggest to use some other apps rather than myntra...

After some days when I saw, the products at status is returned to origin... If they can get it back.. That means they haven't lost the product.. Its just a reason to get the product back

I used to be their customer for the last 4 years, Once i got a damaged 'W kurti',I couldnt return it since i found it torn while washing,and recently i got a damaged caprese bag! Such things should be carefully checked when u buy stuff from Any online app...recently i have stopped using this app coz I bought 3 la firangi tops all of which were of wrong size and the return pick was delayed for more than 10 days so was the refund! Had bought it for around 3000INR,their E-kart service here in kerala is possibly the worst unprofessional staff and the customer care ppl just keep mum when we complain.the worst part is they have no option to review the products we buy,else we could ve saved sometime buying such useless products and waiting for the troublesome process of pick up n return......Never gonna use myntra anymore.

Very interior.. no route boards.. road boards unavaiable.. directions.. nothing.. too confussing.. small lane inside.. tech park not good for commercial activites.. hopeless

Probably the best place to work on with. The atmosphere is mind blowing and the people here are very encouraging. Average age is just 25. No formals !!

My Order No : 129854534 Order Date : 03 July 2016 But right now today 28 July-2016 Not received the product. right now very bed service in myntra everyone don't purchase in myntra.

I hate Myntra, quality of Product with the Order ID: 108393337 that i received was not good enough, i returned this long back , 3 to 4 times i called , on my second call they informed that the product is already received by them and the Money that i paid through my credit card will credited back on same day, till the date the refund money is not credited and i mailed to them saying they do not have any update, on every call they change their commitment and information, very badly i experienced with the Myntra and it is My second experience, these people always cheat their customers. I will never ever place any order to Myntra.

Very bad experience. Started cheating customers with name of offers.
I ordered a product worth Rs 1022 (Pink velvet maxi dress) but was delivered a wrong product worth Rs. 840 (Pink velvet wrap dress).
Myntra app automatically updated the insider points and made the option of exchange and return as disabled.
Now I don't have option to either return or exchange.
I called myntra customer care within 15 mins of delivery and raised the complaint and was asked to wait for 72 hours with no assurance of exchange or return.

People stop buying from online portals like myntra and jabong they are all cheating with their offers. Value your money. Go to shop spend some time and buy clothes of your wish without these nonsense.

I brought one nike shoe 2 months before, and unfortunately i got faulty product. Dont know whether I got original or duplicate.

Mytra has no good delivers are give t public & i have orderd one product f shoe that "as been already use by another person so i have returned that product l...but they not given me t good product Guy's so...plzzzz don't book orders on myntra by online...guys.. .
