Very friendly staff. English is a second language to just about everyone working there. Very clean and tidy. The price was very reasonable for Norway. Seemed to be in a safe area with lots of boutiques near by (which most certainly aren't reasonable in price). Breakfast is of the continental theme so no British greasy fry up.
Perfect location, very quiet at night, nice bathroom with floor heating, but the room is small get cozy, mattress is very soft, and noone came to made up my room /clean it for a 4 night of stay. Overall okay.
Breakfast was tolerable but not always the best and quite skimpy. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Their shower heads don't work. Room decor is nice and modern. My girlfriend liked their beds.
Just got back today from a 3 night stay at the apartments - very impressed with the staff and friendliness. Unfortunately we had encountered a slight problem which will hopefully soon be rectified. Only reason for not 5 star is that the rooms weren't cleaned during our stay.
When we visit Stavanger again, we will stay here again for sure.

Staff were friendly but neither well-trained nor competent; breakfast was poor; bedrooms were very basic and the lift was out of order for the four days I was booked to stay there, with no effort made to fix it.
Good, gone down slightly since changing hands, I ve been staying here on and off for ten years. Room didn t get cleaned for four days and the stairs lights were constantly out making it black, but still a nice boutique hotel
very Nice but we were given coffee for a coffee machine.... no coffee machine.
Nice hotel in a great location. Didn't like the self check-in process that failed so had to contact customer support which created a nuisance. Beds were comfy, it was clean but had thin walls so could hear everyone talking. But earplugs helped and would probably stay here again
This place is a disgrace! Horrible smell the moment you put the foot inside, old, shabby and run down. Our room was not clean, hair in the bathroom and no towels on check in, they brought some after we told them and they removed the hair. The cheapest- for Norway, but way too expansive for what you get. Extremely unpleasant. Put a bit more money and just go somewhere else.
