I ve never had an issue with a PCA assessment until I moved to Hennepin County. My son s assessment was suppose to be completed at the end of July. Here we are in August and I still haven t received a phone call about setting up the assessment. I ve called several times to leave messages and no return call. Now my son will lose his services because of this. I m so disappointed in this company.
This company completed my daughters assessment for PCA services late due to lack of staffing. Now they are telling me they do not know when it will be completed as they are back logged and they had an employee leave. My daughter has now lost services as well as her MA that she has due to a disability. A supervisor will not call me back. I have left more than a few messages, they simply don't reply.
