Muslim judicial council.. I really love the organisation where all the Islamic scholar are gather and work to solve the problem of Muslim ummah.. specially in cape town they doing great job to serve Muslim community.

The Muslim Judicial Council, MJC, as it is commonly known, is the only Muslim Authority recognized by the S.A. government.
The MJC houses the Halaal Trudy tnat deals with tge Halaal Certification of foods, meats and beverages etc .
The Social Welfare department deals with narraige ciy selu g, divorce and other social issues.
The Fatwa dept deals with decisions on contentious issues
There are some Islamic School managed by them.
They are have a Mediation department that intervenes when Islamic orginisations have disputes.
They are always very helpful and go the extra mile to ensure that Islamic Principles are adhered to. There are some cases where people have complaints about them. In such cases It's best to approach them with one's concerns and ensure clarity of issues and concerns.
