Looking for some new strings for an acoustic guitar I bought. Musicmaker had what I wanted in stock and at a cheaper price than eBay AND with free shipping. Bought Sunday, posted Monday, arrived Tuesday. Can't get better than that! Review # 2 Bought a stand and some oil on a Friday morning, delivered Saturday morning, fantastic service!

The best online service I have ever experienced!!! They emailed me to make sure that what I ordered was received by me. They are the most friendliest and kindest people ever. I ordered a pack of guitar strings and when they came in the post they had sent me a pack of 3 sets because they didn't have any single packs. I don't deserve such kindness. So I had a fault with an interface I bought from Music Maker in Dublin. All the guys were beyond amazing to deal with. Extremely friendly, really helpful and so genuine. Musicmaker are one of my favourite spots in Dublin either to buy instruments, get some accessories or just to hang around getting some inspiration and trying some of their stuff. The staff is real friendly, their range is pretty large still keeping great quality, and every so often they treat you with great deals. Ordered some rubber washers for a clutch, one of the guys Joey got onto me straight away to let me know that they were unfortunately out of stock of the particular washers I needed, ordered some felt ones in the end but Joey went and found an old Gibraltar clutch and took the rubber washers off it and added them to my order for free, absolute legend, cheers Joey, prime example of how sound the guys at musicmaker are and how they'll do their absolute best to try and sort you out. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Class lads. I've bought several drum items from here throughout the years and everything has been perfect. The staff are lovely too, willing to help with any qualm that one may have. Also their sales are second to none. You can get top-tier equipment for a fantastic price.

Could not be happy with Rafino's customer service, an absolute gent and professional, he shipped equipment to me within 48 hours so that a live stream could happen after an interface failed. And all during the lockdown. The sale was only 90 but I was so impressed with the service that I went back and bought a Martin D18 ... very excited for this delivery. Again, I cannot recommend Rafino at Music Maker more, he's a patient audio nerd who know's his stuff and a hell of a nice guy!

I went in today to buy drumsticks for my son and spoke to Raf. He talked me through my best options and was so friendly. He didn't rush me or try to sell me stuff I didn't need. The store is so inviting and you know that you are talking to people who know their stuff I will definetley be going back for all my musical purchases and would highly recommend the store. Today I went to the shop to get myself an effects pedal. After going in with virtually no idea of anything, the staff member, sadly didn't get hus name but he was extremely helpful and gave me a tonne of advice. Never shopping in any other music store again. 5 star.

Came in here with my son who is 5 years old. Hes been asking for a guitar for Christmas all year. Went downstairs to the drum department for a browse with him and was approached by a staff member, I thought great he's gonna ask do we need help which I did. Instead he tells me "make sure he (my son) doesn't touch those V-Drums" and walks off. Okay son let's get out of here. Will not be returning here anytime soon for help. Edit: I should mention i didn't have any interaction with any of the folks in the guitar section which was what we came in for. But after the attitude by one member of staff in the basement we didn't hang around. Maybe my experience may have been different if we spoke to someone upstairs.

Ordered headphones Sunday night, arrived Tuesday morning. Just a note on An Posts Delivery. If your tracking number starts with 'LJ', they will attempt to deliver it 3 times (i.e over 3 days) BEFORE leaving the 'collect at depot' slip in your letterbox. On Tuesday MusicMaker emailed me the tracking number & let me know an attempted delivery was made, not an post. I would advise going to the depot with the tracking number if your mailmans "attempted delivery" is a joke, as it usually is...
