Not normal what this bank demands. Unreasonably large and extremely stiff / inflexible about essential parts. Even give it a hard time to do 'but that's the way we want it'. What a stress you get. My mortgage advisor also found it a very difficult story with this bank. Fortunately, there are still more banks and I finally arranged at the last minute via another bank that is not so behind each comma.
Far from staying as an entrepreneur. No income statement to be obtained without looking (commercially) further, because figures were not ready after 1 May last year, despite demonstrably very stable business. The intermediary also found it incomprehensible. Don't spend time on it.

This lender asks for a full valuation report for - as Munt calls it - new money. Even with a financing percentage of 30% of the market value, the customer must have a costly validated valuation report drawn up. Average costs nowadays quickly cost 600 euros due to new legislation. Many lenders agree with a WOZ valuation report or a Calcasa value report of 25 euros. Coin therefore saddles you quickly with considerably higher costs. Look before you leap when you choose Munt.
Never work with MUNT !! After months of being kept on a leash by continuously having to deliver documents again, the mortgage is not honored because of the corona crisis just before we need the mortgage. The company where I work has temporarily postponed intentions for permanent contracts for a year and this differs from one of the many employer statements that we have submitted to MUNT. Despite an additional additional declaration of intent prepared separately by my employer, MUNT does not agree.

We are very satisfied with our mortgage with MUNT. How exactly the bridging loan was going to work out was not so clearly described in the mortgage offer. We had provided a validated valuation report. According to Munt, this mortgage did not meet the requirements. Have a new appraisal report drawn up and validated by the same institution with exactly the same appraisal value. We had the idea that it was time stretching because otherwise lead times would not be met. Lousy attitude ... -edit1- Ten days! Wait ten days for a payment from the building fund account! It seems as if Mint mortgages do not have its affairs in order. -edit2- Website not accessible, no communication about malfunction. Lead times are continuously not met. Invoices in the building fund account are rejected for the most fussy reasons. I get the idea that the processes have priority instead of customization.
After a fast and smooth acceptance process I closed my mortgage with MUNT. The lead time for a quotation request and contract signing was 2 weeks. More than a satisfied customer for a few years now!

It took a while to get everything done. But now everything is running fast in communication and a nice app where everything is transparent.
So far 2 months, what a convenience and service. The app works fine and it gives me a very confident feeling that I just can not see the balance and all documentation can view digitally. The application process was very transparent. interest rates very low, penalty-free redemption and automatic adjustment of risk premium. What a relief compared to the big banks. Keep it up mint!
