Not a bad little park, a few different picnic tables if you wanna come have an outdoor lunch, saw a few charcoal grills as well. The view is pretty nice also.

Bees Bees and more Bees while at a baby shower could not enjoy it due to the bees big fat bees everywhere.Someone should of sprayed for them before allowing a family to rent your shelter for a baby shower.Will.never go to this park again.
This is an unusually beautiful park with a clean, clear, and fresh spring water swimming lake. The lake is not open to swimming this year due to lack of lifeguards. Lots of picnic tables, cooking grills, shelters with tables and grills, and parking for hundreds of vehicles. The park has tennis courts that are never used, basketball courts that are hardly ever used, volleyball courts that are frequently used, an amazing children's playground that is hardly ever used, and miles of hiking trails that are occasionally used. When there is snow, the park has a very nice lighted sledding hill with a huge wood-burning warming area. This park is one of the most beautiful places in northern Ohio and is strangely very under used.
Super nice, though the beach is closed due to Covid
Wow! Last time I was here I was a child 4 maybe 5yrs old (now a gentle 50+).
I can still remember swimming with my brothers and parents and family members
I was so happy to see that grills and picnic tables are available and a few pavilions too, two play grounds outdoor bathhouses and medical center, life guards and park rangers, fantastic walking trails!
Several ponds along the tow path too.
5$ admission fee for the Monroe Falls swimming beach/lake.
Tow path trails are free, near the parking lot they do have outdoor toilets and picnic tables.
As for the naysayers I can admit this, it's a lake (not the florida keys with crystal clear water), it's a lake for a fun day of relaxing, grilling and enjoying nature. .
While walking both along the beach I didn't see any condoms or needles, garbage or plastic bags in the water or the trees. Kudos for keeping it clean!
Go outside! Take it off line!
Was a very good trail for beginners. I've been to many parks around the area but was new to this one.
Sad yet true.
Go see for yourself and decide if your loved ones should go in this during the summer... Very disappointing and
should have had been number one priority for the families...not dogs crapping all over the sand and side walks.
Great gem of a park hidden away....very much worth a visit
I love this park because it has a .35 loop or a 2-mile trail to walk depending on your mood. It is convenient, beautiful, and peaceful. It is busy with people which is nice.
Plenty of hiking options for all skill levels! I was looking for a longer, more challenging hike, so I took the longest route, and it didn't disappoint. A fair amount of inclines, and although it was "natural" trail, there weren't too many tripping hazards. I visited on a cold, but clear day, and I'm looking forward to returning!
