On Monday I contacted the Municipality by phone and they gave me the number of Municipal Taxes: 6089-7707 and they told me that they were open until 2:00 p.m., when the page says 3:00 p.m. Although it was 12:00, I was calling several times during those 2 hours and it was impossible for me to communicate. So the next day at 10:00 I started trying to communicate, at first the phone rang and nobody answered, and then they let it ring for a few seconds and cut off. I called the Municipality again and they tell me that they never answer by phone ... So at 1:30 p.m. I approached the Municipality and of the 4 positions there were, there was only one person attending, I comment on the situation and he tells me that just 3 people had left and that he should come the next day before 3:00 pm ... when there are supposed to be people in their positions for whom they receive a salary.
Their ineffectiveness by not even answering the phone, made me have to approach the Municipality in PANDEMIC CONTEXT, and they are not even at their posts. The worst of all is that while I was signing the complaint book, a grandmother (without a mask) approaches the counter, inches from me, saying that she wants to register to vaccinate because she has COVID. Of terror everything.
