Hello, The company like any other .... people are only there false and without competence ... ... worked for several years on domestic contracts and moments on foreign, where people robbed of money for conventions and accommodation, climate etc ... but what I saw in the workshop and how the money that we wrongly distracting from payoffs are thrown into the mud, it's only a man's fault to manage one big drama ... production under the power of a pseudo director who, as he wanted to break away from reading a book or other non-work related activities, introduced terror to production ... .if he did not want to move, let his servant leech off the manager, who does not have a complete idea about production and isolation ... .. they introduced an ERP program to settle production ... a heap of confusion, some internet kiosks etc ... a cost of 150,000 PLN ... there would be nothing surprising in this investment except for one small detail - the program does not work and it will never work, because it is not suitable for this kind of activity..amator and so much ... and people later take away from the chord, with the Christmas bonus to cover the costs of such idiotic programs ... a company with such capital, and regret the carp people for Christmas ... even 100 zlotys will get the privy ... the rest of the supervision is fair, though not many have left there ... some reason must be that people are leaving ... people from production are also quite ok ... .many workers with a few years' age in isolation - not which professionals are no longer ... they are not working anymore because they say they've been making too much and it was necessary to make a gap for considerable maintenance costs ... I do not recommend recollection by rudeness, cunning and professionalism ....

The company operates mainly abroad, however, it does not respect people working in Krapkowice, the atmosphere is very dense, departments such as orders with health and safety and overseas with accounting are fighting with each other, the bosses do not pass information down. In order to confirm the opinion, it is worth looking at the high rotation of employees.
