Gym for the elderly. I went for a workout once and I was depressed by the atmosphere / building everything!

Cheaply. Too little equipment. Too many "tutors" who sit on a snapchat instead of exercising. They occupy equipment

I wanted to know a price indication for my daughter. Grumpy lady who forces a visit and doesn't want to give an indication. While I just want to know if it is financially feasible to exercise there ....
Very customer unfriendly!

Member of Multifit for several years. Multifit has modern equipment from Technogym, which is great sports in combination with the app in which a personal program can be put together (and adjusted periodically). There is the option of a periodic health check in which personal progress is measured. Multifit Tilburg has friendly staff who are always ready when needed, but there is also an area for improvement that I would like to mention. I notice that on the fitness floor, where free training is done by means of machines and free weights, there is little proactive guidance. Every time I come to exercise, I see athletes performing exercises incorrectly or sub-optimally. How nice would it be if the supervisors would pay more attention to this and address the athletes about this. It is of course nice that there is now a collaboration with a physiotherapy party, but in my opinion prevention is better than cure. Otherwise great club, keep it up!
