Their only number listed is an 08 number. It costed me over 10 pounds to book in a service. Most of the time was waiting in menus or on hold. Disgraceful. I'd like a refund.
Poorly run , i applied for a job as an coffee machine engineer. The director called me asked me about my previous role as an engineer , which was Epos and Atm repairs.
Arrived and he said you have to do two tests. If i knew this i would of prepared and asked what the tests were. Long story short 30 questions mainly about electrics and a practical about some kind of object placed on the table.
I got them all wrong as I'm an not an electrician. (Management) Do everyone a favour and stated you want an electrician in future!!
I had the honour to be a Mulmar employee for 3 consecutive years (position: field service engineer).
From a customer's point of view, they provide a great variety of excellent quality of products (for both personal and professional) with a full support of any parts that may be needed in the future as well as the technicians to complete the job. Planned maintenances are well organised and breakdowns receive fast response.
The management takes care of their employees and treats them with respect and understanding of their professional and personal needs.
Well paid job and comfortable benefits such as company card, mobile phone and car which can also be used as a personal vehicle with a small cost (insurance, MOT, service, breakdowns covered).
Salaries always delivered on time with a full analytical payslip a week ahead. Overtime is possible but not necessary and always paid to the minute. Any weekends or bank holidays are helped with additional added holidays and paid in a much higher rate.
Highly recommended company to work for as a field service engineer of their team. They provide all the necessary training both in the head office (accommodation/meals covered by them) and on site with other experienced engineers.
