Absolutely awful with obnoxious and pushy salespeo...
Absolutely awful with obnoxious and pushy salespeople. My husband and I went in to do a test drive as he's looking for a new car. We were immediately whisked away by a saleswoman (whose desk/office was SUPER far away from the main sales floor... bad sign?) who just didn't "get it," despite us making it abundantly clear to her that we were NOT going to be purchasing that day and only wanted to test drive a certain model to get a feel for it. She went on and on asking us all kinds of irrelevant details such as what kind of trim we wanted. We repeatedly told her we literally didn't care and just wanted to test drive the car. She even had the audacity to ask "so would you be jointly titling the vehicle if you purchase today?" to which we pretty firmly replied "we are NOT purchasing today." We haven't even test-driven the vehicle at this point and she's asking if we're going to title it jointly when we buy. Just absolutely awful and obnoxious. After the test drive, she asks my husband when she might call him for a follow-up as, according to her, "We're not the kind of dealership that's going to pester you." My husband pretty much says he doesn't need/want a follow-up call and that he'll get in touch with them if he has any further questions, etc. She says alright and that she'll go get us one of her cards. So we stand there inside the dealership for a moment while she goes to fetch a card, my expectation being that she's going to just come to where we're standing and hand her card to us - except that it immediately becomes apparent that she's attempting to take us back to her desk once again so she can continue to put sales pressure on us. At that point we noped out of there and left without getting her card (aside from the obnoxious saleswoman, we weren't impressed with the vehicle after the test drive anyway and were not interested). It should've been PAINFULLY obvious to this person that we had zero interest. Despite this, she actually had the gall to call my husband the next business day. Maybe she'll get the idea after he told her to not contact him again, but it's pretty clear that she's an awful, desperate salesperson who is willing to do anything to push a sale, no matter how tacky.
In the same day, we visited a few other dealerships who all had wonderful, non-pushy staff. Take your business elsewhere, seriously.
