When Dr Potterjones was there the care was excellent... when she left, so did I. The doctor that replaced her put me through hell!! When you have any illness, who needs this. I found a great practice in Easton and have been very pleased
Had to visit on a Saturday as I woke up with a terrible sinus infection, head pounding, nausea, etc. I had to take my two young children with me as I have no family in the area. I was able to get in relatively quickly with no appointment. The guy who saw me smelled horribly of cigarettes though he was nice enough. On the way out the tubby lady with the British accent, was horribly rude to me, saying very loudly so everyone in the room could hear that I had an unpaid balance of $40.00. I had not a clue what this was for I just wanted to go home, my son was running around and I said can I just pay for today's visit and I'll deal with this later, she insisted I pay so I just said fine. I've not a problem paying my bills I just wasn't sure what it was for and I was sick and wanted to go home.
If you don't want to have walk-in patients then don't offer the service. Jagaloons.
This is the worst practice I have ever been too. Don't ever count on getting an appointment with them. You have to attend walk ins anytime you want to be seen. And, be prepared to wait at least an hour in the waiting room. Better yet, be prepared for your entire experience to take three hours. The staff is terrible. Most are just stupid, but some are even rude. The doctors are useless. They constantly make small but serious mistakes. Choose another practice if you know what is good for you!
I have never had a problem getting an appointment with my dr. Also I have used the walk in part many time never had a wait more then 15 min.
I've always had a great experience here.
That is why I still continue to take my family here.
It's a shame that others have rated them so low. I think this is a great practice. I have used the walk-in service here for emergency care roughly 6 or more times. Each and every time, the staff at the front desk has been so very nice & accommodating. I have never had to wait very long to be seen and most times have been in and out in less than 35 minutes. After once again trying to get a sick appointment with my own physician today and not being able to get in, I went to the walk in at MPC. I was seen within 15 minutes. As of today I have transferred my medical records to this office. The PA's here are great - I have used Karen Ferrey multiple times and she's fabulous. Today I had Bill and he was very good as well. I am RN so I feel my standards are even higher for my care. I would recommend this practice.
Stopped by just to change an appointment time and stood for 10 minutes waiting for receptionist to finish with patient. Another patient entered and the receptionist said sign in, I waited thinking I didn't need to sign because I wasn't there for an appointment. After a few minutes she asked if I signed in and I told her I just need to change an appointment. She told me I still needed to sign in! Guess what, when she was done with other patient the lady that came in after me, the receptionist walks over crosses out the lady names and calls her up instead of taken me....what unbelievable poor service
