We visited here for the 1st time on yesterday, I ordered a vegan corn beef ruben with no sauerkraut, but got a turkey ruben with sauerkraut, my husband took it back to have them remaking it, but the remaking was so sloppy, no care went into remaking my sandwich. I'm not sure if we will return.

Came here with my mother and promptly got seated outside. Quaint place with large wine selection. Menu compromises mostly of sandwiches separated by meat. All the food was delicious and staff was friendly and quick. Great place for dates or catching up with a fun atmosphere. The Turkey trot sandwich is amazing!

Food was great. Service was very friendly. My only complaint was I got all the way home before I realized the dressing for the salad wasn't in the bag . I ate the salad without dressing and it was still pretty darn good. The cheesecake was fabulous!

No plans to go back for several reasons. The wait time was crazy. We've never waited so long for sandwiches. Even dine in restaurants have quicker service. Once we got the food it was only ok. Some of the meat was dry. I was asked if i wanted my daughters sandwich warm or cold and i said cold, it came warm so she'd barely touch it (if you have young kids you understand the frustration) The prices are crazy! Again, better off going to a dine in restaurant. $3 to add ham to a kids sandwich that costs $5. Menu said up to 4 toppings, no mention of up charge. I requested cheese on it and got none. The kid sandwich was literally turkey rolled in a tortilla. Most people were sitting on the sidewalk. They have a few tables set up in the middle of the road but no umbrellas around them to protect you from the sun. Thankfully their is a playground across the road with a couple of shaded tables. The only part that i enjoyed were the cookies we got but they weren't good enough to bring us back. Overall, for the time (almost an hour wait), cost (about $46 for 1 beer 2 adult sandwiches 1 kid sandwich and 4 mini cookies) and quality it seemed overrated.

Feeling so bloated after stuffing my face my face with this massive sandwich- but it was totally worth it. The battle royale for Michigan's best sandwich continues in my heart and we are down to two: Mudgie's and Zingerman's. No seriously. You aren't going to have room for dessert after this meal. My sandwich served as a lunch AND dinner. The macaroni salad was generous too! I hold the Madgill with high regard- and call me a weirdo but add the apples to it. The crisp granny smiths are absolutely delish. Worst part about Mudgies is that they are not open enough! Let me give you my money! Be sure to check their COVID hours online so you aren't left cold and hungry like I was one too many times...

The food was good, but it took us two hours to find that out. When we walked up at 1:30 they said there was a 40-60 minute wait for a table OR we could order take out, which would take 40 minutes. We asked if it would take an additional 40 min to get our food once seated and were told it definitely wouldn't take that long- which I guess is technically right since it took a full hour. And all we got were sandwiches! The other confusing part was the prices on the menu-- the QR code took us to the to-go menu which showed beers at like $5 each, but when I got my bill the beer was listed at $10. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew the full price up front. I also think the waitress was possibly the only waitress for the entire place? She was very nice but not very attentive since she was constantly needed elsewhere. So, good sandwiches and fun beer selection but don't come here already hungry. Plan to spend a couple hours here if you're determined to try them out.
