Muckleshoot Casino/Ellis Gaming Review

I drove all the way from Olympia to come out was not honored was told there's already played that it was a new player promotion

I am very disappointed for the casino to assume we know your system in that you can be sent promotional items weeks after your last visit that were already used

I will get on Yelp and other internet rating sites and explain in full my experience 60 miles out of my way to be told and not with any care that I was out of luck very frustrating very disappointing

There is no shortage of casinos in this area and many much closer to me than this one I do enjoy gambling but I will not bring my business back again and I will let everybody know of my experience

Parking garage and outside lot entrances. Huge slot floor and good size table game areas. Smoking allowed inside in designated areas. Food court has Asian, deli, and Baja Fresh so more vegan options then most casinos. Two ticket redemption colors can be annoying as you have to use them in the area they came from. No on-site lodging.

Why would a security guard in the parking lot at night take a picture of my drivers license with a cell phone ? Very strange .

Saw the Fabulous Roof Shakers here and had so much fun. Band gave room a positive vibe and they really knew how to play. Just visited again, different band - totally different feel to the place. If the band is good, you'll enjoy the experience. If the band is off or tacky/silly - makes the place feel more like a carnival. I prefer casino vs carnival.

I don't know why but everytime I leave this place my pockets are empty

Great place to have fun. Way bigger then expected. Thier were games where you wouldn't think, they just kept going. Also I noticed 3 double sided roulette tables incredible.

Never even got in door. Was driving a truck and followed signs for truck parking and when I parked in the very empty lot I had the rudest security guy come up and tell me there was no RV or Truck Parking and it was my problem to find parking on the very busy street. When I asked why the sign said truck parking he told me to move now. I exited and left will never go back!

Love the Casino, food is good, hate the fact that you need separate tickets for non smoking and smoking.

Limited due to the construction but i hear this is a great place before the construction.

If you have the money it's a fun place to go! Their restaurant has delicious food within price range. There parking however is extremely difficult and can be very frustrating. They do have handicap parking and tribal Elders parking which I believe is misused and there's security does not monitor that. If you need a handicap spot or Elders parking spot you still need to be prepared to have to walk so it's best to use the driver and drop people off and then go park.

Good sized casino. Lots of slots, cards and bar service if desired. Free coffee, soda and water at stations.

Crowded during the pandemic. Cocktail service very scarce after midnight. You'll need to wait in line to order your drinks at the bar. $5.25 for a 12 oz bottle of Modelo.

U can win at Muckleshoot Casino and have alot of fun! Love the restaurants!

You can never go wrong when you choose this casino as it has so very many different attributes. Friendly staff.. Fast paced servers and a very friendly smile just what you need when you up on your luck amd feeling great or not. I don't believe I've ever seen a long face leave this casino.. It is my number 1 and until proven otherwise... No it will still be my number 1...

Muckleshoot is the best casino in the state of washington, Base on my experience.

It is a very great place there's good entertainment great food wonderful helpful and understandable staff very fun games to play rather if it's slots are table games i actually left with alott more money than I went there with if you're thinking of just going out for the nite to get away with you're loved one are just yourself than muckleshoot casino is you're fun getaway I encourage you to go there thank you muckleshoot I love you're casino

I'd hate to give a one star but after experiencing the dismal buffet I am left with no choice. For the sake of transparency I am up visiting from Las Vegas so the bar is already high to top, also it could of been an off day for the cooks. Bottom line, everything I had was over cooked to the point of embarrassment. They need to step their seasoning game too - there's bland, there's tasteless, then there's cardboard. All the food tastes like cardboard. My advice stay far away if you are used to Vegas level buffets.

Gambling is always fun!! I'm glad that they are building a hotel.

Slots machines are very tight,not a place to gamble your $$$

Wow some money.... Its always quiet when i go Between 4-6am....

Very bouncy tables, very friendly dealers/table/pit bosses. High ceilings really help reduce the smokiness compared to many other casinos.

First and foremost when you have different cultures there is one culture you guys do not celebrate which is Black history you have everyone else cultures but the Black history I used to love to go to the casino now it's not that fun I'll never win

Anthem RUSH Tribute plays there a couple times per year.

It's need to get bigger dance floor and a place wear you can actually watch the fight, and if the tribe has a spot cool but I see 4 tribl members in the area and 60 folks standing, that's wear your money comes from seem like being vip is more important then comfort to there clients. Sat nite I saw the rebooted Gap Band perform in Galaxy Lounge for free! Albeit w/o a couple of the original members The cocktails aren't as craft as they are in Six Seven Lounge inside Edgewater Hotel. But they are a couple of dollars cheaper than they are in Six Seven!

They have a lot of selections of games there. Friendly people there. Some people keep you smiling,and helpful.

They made it so you cant stop the slot machines spin on the 1 game I have played there for too many years ... I play 1 game and 1 only and they screwed with it... shameful thiefs.

This place has tremendously improved over the years. I just visited after a couple years and I must say I am impressed with what they've done with the whole new setup. Food was great, dealers were super friendly. Glad to be back.

They changed the parking forcing u to park in the park structure because they r working in front. When u go there it look closed.

I like the fact that they have $5 table bets which makes your playing time a little longer. The drinks and food were good and cheap. I will definitely go back again when I'm in town.

You smell cigarettes from the casino the entire time you're eating. Need better ventilation and air quality.

It s a little ghetto... place is chopped up. Clearly has grown from much smaller roots. Friendly staff. Serious smoke. Awesome poker room

The sharing of the money that the tribe owns does not often take place, it is very little enjoyment.

Great amazing crazy fun! Kept me on my toes! Dancing drinks music tables sweet shop ohh the ice cream is to die for!! But dont die! Youre gonna want to come back to this place!! One more thing...the art work on the outside of the building...so very cool! Beautiful addition..place looks magical inside and out!

Muckleshoot has something for everyone, very large casino with lots of choices, awesome promotions, nice club that you can see and hear a lot of the shows from the casino floor, every food place or dining option in the casino is excellent. The Homestyle restaurant has a great breakfast, the Asian restaurant next door serves fantastic fried rice and oysters, the deli offers some really great clam chowder some of the pizza restaurant serves fresh and delicious pizza and you can buy it by the slice very cheap, a slice of huge and finally the buffet is excellent, fresh and a nice environment. There is a candy and ice cream store and gift shops inside. Several bars and a grill and bar in the front as well

It's a fun place to get away from it all the slots are kind of tight but good fun atmosphere with a good mix. Of old and new games to play. They also have berry good food in all of there resrurantts and shops great experience every time I go there
