I recently stayed at the resort managed by this company, and I have to say that my experience was average. While the location and scenery were beautiful, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive to guests' needs. Additionally, the accommodations were clean but quite basic, lacking some of the amenities I would expect from a luxury resort. However, the on-site activities and dining options were enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I would recommend the company to those who are more focused on the natural surroundings and activities rather than expecting top-notch service and amenities. Overall, it was a decent experience but could use some improvements in customer service.
