We had 8 o'clock reservations. We were seated in less than 1 min when we arrived. Our waitress was super nice. The place was packed with tons of local young professionals. Very metropolitan crowd. The food was good for the price but not as good as it could have been for reservations. I did have a Moscow Mule that was epic. Great place to people watch or meet other folks. It is a place to be seen. If the food had been more bold it would be an easy 5 star.

Stopped in for dinner was quite pleased with my meal. I got the beef tips as a app and they were so good I probably should have made a meal out of those. Definitely giving M's pub a thumbs up

Not sure what others are eating but on the 2 recent occassions my family and I were there the food was sub par. Not sure how they made my Rueben but Arbys makes a better one. The other dishes were not any better. burnt salamon on the salad and a soggy crust on our lavosh, just to mention a few. Nice atmosphere and nice waiter but the poor food will keep us from returning.

Relatively cheap (15-25$) above average food, nothing too special. The service was alright, the food came out quite fast. I d recommend this to my neighbor but not my best friend, they deserve more.

I have mixed feelings about this place. On the one hand, they do have very good food. Their steaks are great, but definitely not the best I've had. The other food is similar: good, but not necessarily great or "the best." The environment was quaint and surprisingly noisy for such an expensive restaurant. I certainly enjoyed the dining experience, but was it worth the price? Debatable. I'm not sure you get your money's worth here as far as quality of service (which again, is good or even very good, but not great), quality of food for the price, or expectation of the dining environment you'll be in.

M's is a staple of Omaha and a good restaurant. It just isn't my favorite.

They have a wide menu to satisfy everyone, and I have no complaints of my food there. I just haven't found anything to have that x factor that I can't get elsewhere. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and is very nice to visit.

Our service has been good, though last visit our waitress, Megan really rubbed me the wrong way with an off handed, snarky comment she made to me that she had no business making. But, the food was prompt, the drinks stayed full and everyone else was very friendly.

Locals favorite pub restaurant has a variety of dishes, from light entrees to salads and sandwiches. The lavosh was good (Thai, Italian, others) and makes a good starter. Chopping the whole peanuts on the Thai version would have been better.

I had the surf and turf satay, mostly because the combo was odd and therefore... They also have pork and chicken versions. Mine had neither peanuts or peanut satay sauce and the meat wasn t grilled on a stick with coconut milk, so I couldn t tell why they called it satay. It was served with white rice and mixed vegetables , which turned out to be large chunks of carrot, cauliflower, and a couple pieces of broccoli. Certainly a weird side to satay-that-wasn t-satay. I had requested rare beef on the dish, as Midwest standard is to overcook rare meat so it comes out medium rare, which is how it arrived. The steak was good, as was the shrimp.

One of my companions had the signature carrot dog in the light entrees category. Not kidding. It s a grilled whole giant carrot that s been marinated in something tasty, served on a std dog bun, with beer mustard and some onions. It was surprisingly okay taste to me (I was expecting something disgusting) and my companion really enjoyed it.

The penne pasta was served with about a pound of peas in it but seemed otherwise good.

Service was marginal. Our waiter rarely came by, didn t offer to refill drinks, and had a bit of a surly attitude.

Was looking forward to eating here on a visit to Omaha, and since I didn t make a reservation and it being a Friday night, I assumed there would some wait time. I was happy to see some open tables inside and outside, and when my 2 kids under 10 and I walked in, the host took a few minutes to address us. When he did, he pleasantly asked Hi, how many? and I said Just us three. He saw my two kids, and I felt his attitude change, and without even asking if we had a reservation, he said, You know, it s going to be a few hours before I ll have a table ready. Apparently, young families weren t welcome.

Very impressed with this place. Black/White attire/standard dining place is what I would call the service and setting. Great service and food was excellent. Spirits are great quality and mixed drinks are some of the best I have had in a long time. Would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone for top notch food/drink and atmosphere.

Been awhile since I have been, before the fire in fact. Megan was the hostess with the mostest! Went way out of her way and got us a last minute spot on the patio, which we were really looking forward to. Brian our server knocked it out of the park with recommendations and great service. Great date night! M's is back on my radar as a regular spot.

My dad and I visited from out of town during our annual College Works Series trip. M's Pub offered great service, fantastic food, and a friendly, upscale atmosphere where you could easily hear your table mates. I would definitely recommend.

I don t review many places I ve eaten. However, as I sit here in the corner having eaten one of the best cuts of salmon I ve ever had prepared for me, I m absolutely floored. It was that good. It needed to be said. Definitely try their stuffed salmon and see for yourself!

Disappointing, nearly every time my friends & I wish to sit at the west side of the bar, which are the best seats for viewing, the managers/staff sadly monopolize this entire row of bar stool seating area. Its annoying to continually witness them all sprawled out as is if it s their break room/office space, while they sit chatting, taking calls, drinking, snacking on food, folding dinner napkins, menus, etc... & its usually for hours at a time. The worst is that when you ask them if one of the empty bar-stools next to them is being occupied they answer "yes they are", and then you see afterwards that 2-3 or more of them are clearly empty with piles of napkins/paperwork all over in front of each seat and then display a very defensive unwelcoming attitude for inquiring. Surprising the owners allow for this, especially when the bar area is at near full capacity during peak hours. It s is such a shame because frequently we simply will not even bother going in to have dinner and/or drinks when we see them sitting there when walking by contemplating on where we would like to go, also we are not the only ones who are noticing. The reality, M's is losing valuable regular patrons all so the staff get to use part of this rebuilt establishments prime bar seating as a break/work area instead. Truly pathetic.

Best quality of food you will find in the Old Market area. I've been here 4 times now while traveling for work.

The black bean cake is delicious. Wonderful Lahvash cooked in the wood burning oven. Great salads as well.

This is a solid spot. The popper dip was delicious, but the chicken satay was less than I expected after such a good appetizer. They have a great staff, super friendly! Will go back and try some of their other options.

Service was excellent. Large selection of beers and wines. I ordered the grilled salmon with spinach salad while my work partner ordered the rack of lamb. The salad was excellent. A generous serving with homeade blue cheese. My small portion of salmon was placed upon a bed of mashed potatoes in an attempt to make it appear larger then it was. The rack of lamb was under done. It was rare on the outside with no sear marks. After sending it back, the meat returned as it should have been; to a medium doneness.
