I have been practicing pilates for a few years now and have tried several studios, but Moving Breath Pilates Studio is by far the best. The instructors are skilled and attentive, always making sure to provide modifications and guidance when needed. The studio itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a calming atmosphere. I appreciate that the classes are challenging without being overly intense. Moving Breath Pilates Studio has helped me improve my strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
