Great management! Very fair in any way they perform. I didn't feel any favoritism or any special treatment to anyone. I worked as a PSW for 2 years and I enjoyed it. The main reason why I left was my family is coming from a different country and I needed a full time job. But for that two years I feel the care and the sincerity of the management. They will support you all the way. I learned a lot from them not only how to take care of the resident but how to deal with the difficulties that you might face. Very enjoyable! Going to work was very exciting for me. Very thankful especially to the DOC that never regret my ability , she hired me right away and to my HRManagement. Thumps up to the CEO.!
My friend s mom was there. This place costs more than most senior homes. She wasn t cared for well. Consistent yeast infection on her body due to them not bathing her. Her mom was lost a few times too. They didn t control her eating so she is now morbidly obese. They do not communicate well with families or each other. I do not recommend this place at all.
My mother lives here. Nine days ago the only elevator for the apartment dwellers broke down and as of today they are still awaiting parts. They have kitchen staff assisting people down the stairs if necessary. Being concerned I phoned the owner of this residence, he advised me that he had a repair company in to replace a broken computer board. That did not resolve the issue and he now states that parts are coming from the U.S. which are stuck at the border. This matter should have been expedited from the start and was not. This home is very expensive and today I found out that the reason parts are coming from the U.S. is that they are cheaper there??! So my mother and other residents are literally stuck on their floors if they are unable to use stairs for e.g. a resident who requires a walker. Unacceptable!
